First time @ Captain Jack's and I was impressed with the friendliness and knowledge of the budkeepers as they patiently explained each strain. Prices are average, but daily specials help lower the cost. The 'bar' off to the side of the dispensary was very accommodating with house equipment to try out a new purchase. If you have time, stay and enjoy a few relaxing minutes

Online ordering is such and easy process, and the customer support that the employees give is superb. Shout-out to Blake always been really helpful and beyond kind.

The most friendly helpful people. It’s such a fun and comfortable environment. If you want a place that does special events, discounts, and very knowledgeable this is absolutely the place! I always feel so welcomed and cared for. Please try it they have very good quality as well even if you have a good tolerance!!

Security n parking lot vibe are so cool, front desk is quick an easy, hadn't done a review here i about a year so she had to update my info n didn't take even a minute. before i put my id away security had a smile so big i could see it theu the mask, directed me to the pick up spot and was greeted enthusiastically with more hidden smiles haha… a quick review, a congrats on selection, AND cart gurantee? If i had back all the sad carts that i reviewed from other dispensaries further away, back, that actually werent cracked, possibly fake, and dying disposables… id spend 20% of it alone HERE AT JACKS!!! Theres a lot of other dispensaries i really love, but locally and historically Jacks has been putti g it down with world class service, the people that are the face and the vendors and products they secure with enough foresight to keep it coming with deals on things that u find and like and want more of… not many places have that.

This dispensary is great. Professional and welcoming environment. I was assisted by Sarai recently. Her customer service was on point and she carries herself with such a positive, friendly and welcoming vibe. She was very patient and helpful and considering I can be sometimes indecisive, I really appreciated that. I didn't feel rushed and pushed along to buy my stuff and leave (which I have experienced a few times by some at other dispensaries, decisive on my options or not). Great service, thanks again for your help and making my experience a positive one Sarai. I will continue to recommend family and friends to this location and to you!!!

I love it here. I get a different tender most of the time and I’m always happy with who helps me. Sometimes I can be picky and they never seem irritated so that’s really cool. I’m also an awkward person and I have a hard time making conversation, but there are a few that always get me out of my shell. Even cooler. Thanks guys!

I’m from Boston so we have a ton of shops in the area but nothing like this! Loved the lounge, the bar and atmosphere. Michelle helped my friend and I and was incredibly friendly and helpful in recommending options for us. Luis helped us at the counter and also was really sociable and easy to chat with. The budtender manager and other budtender there made the environment super relaxed. That lounge is great

I’m visiting from the east coast and this was my first time inside a California dispensary — and I could not have chosen a better shop! We found this location from an advertisement for a Happy Hour. Everything felt curated and comfortable, from the decor to the customer journey and we were welcomed by multiple staff members. Our budtender’s name was Michelle and she was SO kind and incredibly helpful. My friend and I were looking to purchase flower, concentrates, and pre-rolls and Michelle answered all of our questions and gave some really great recommendations. Super personable and really efficient! We were greeted at the register by Luis, who was very funny and super positive. Front to back, amazing experience! My friend and I stuck around to hit a few dabs in the lounge and chill on the couch!

Not for medical users. Got turned down at the door. I’m not sure why you guys can’t put that next to “NOW RECREATIONAL” or really anywhere.

This was my first time to actually visit a dispensary. The building is quite unassuming, no name outside, a small converted home. I was greeted by Kelley who was absolutely wonderful. I had spoken with her on the phone ahead of time, and she recognized my name when I came in and took care of me. She is friendly, patient, and made me feel welcome. She introduced me to my budtender John, who was equally friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I'll have no problem returning here and actually look forward to my next experience. FIVE STAR

Have been coming here for the past year and a half. No other place will have the same customer service as this business. Always professional and knowledgeable about the meds they carry.

Always a great experience, the last time my wife and myself shopped we were helped by i believe the names were Nicole & Wrenn they are very helpful as we deal with some issues ,both very educated on what they are selling, could not of be more pleased......

I always love coming to this dispensary because it is clean both inside and around the building, friendly, and the high quality products they sell. It also feels safe and secure with 2 points of ID check. They are cash only, but they do have an ATM inside the store which is convenient. Today I was helped by both Kristen and Luis, and they did an excellent job finding the right product and right price for my budget! Thanks Captain Jacks!

this was my first time here and johnny was the bud tender who helped me out. he really helped me out to try new things. it was my first time trying cbd gummies and i honestly really liked it an enjoyed it. it definitely helps with anxiety and to relax. I would go back for sure and would be willing to try different cbd products.

The place is great but they need to work on updating the leafly menu for orders and make sure to post actually thc percent not total thc on the online menu.

I've been coming to Captain Jacks since they were in Upland and I LOVE it. They are always friendly and helpful. Their flower is always on point.

I love coming to this place for all my meds. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable of the meds they have for the patients, with a wide variety and great quality you can't find anywhere else, plus they have a nice lounge in the back so you can medicate there if you like to.

A true friendly place with a helpful staff. Would be nice if carried 1/2 oz deals. Keep up the good work!
