The prices are over the top. I don't use drugs anymore, although I could buy narcs cheaper than your bud. That's insane.

So it was my fist time and got a 8th didn’t mine that it was $44th and that there was going to be taxes on it.the thing that got to me was the employee that would put a nug in and then take another out.like make ur mine man. Push comes to shove I guess🤔

A pet friendly dispensary with a dab bar

Captain jacks is the only legit place in San bernadino. This is by far one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to. They have a real cool security guard, Dyson, greets you with a smile every time and makes you feel like you are in a safe environment. He has a positive attitude that will change your day. If you see a badass motorcycle outside that’s your man. Then once inside, the receptionist Virginia greeted me with just as much enthusiasm and kindness. The bud tenders are on point! They know what they are talking about and will help you with any question you have to get you what you need. Thank you captain jacks for the amazing experience and I look forward to coming back very soon.

Even though Captain Jacks moves its facility further away from where I live, I have no problem making the extra drive. This is the most professional facility I have ever been to. The staff is extra friendly and has a deep knowledge about their products which better serves the customers. The security guard Dyson will make you feel welcomed once you walk in and makes you feel like you are in a safe environment. Kudos to the entire staff!

This was my first time ever going to a dispensary so I really had no idea what to expect. Every single employee I encountered was nice and professional. Sam helped me. I was looking for something to help my dog. Sam was very confident and knowledgeable. I felt confident making my decision on what to get and how to use it to hopefully see results as quickly as possible in my dog. I highly recommend this place.

Favorite spot. I love the budtenders. They're all great people who give great service. The weed is always the best in the area and I love it!😻

Very large menu, they have private reserve and top shelf stuff correctly labelled as such, unlike other shops or delivery services. Cool vape bar and patio give it a social club vibe.

Great staff and great smoke

This place has high prices for moderate herb. $49 dollars an eighth and that's on the mark 3.5. The whole dab bar thing is super douchey and the whole place looks to just be a spot where kids will go to "be cool" or something. Trying to hard to be something recreational when it should be about the quality of the meds you're over-charging your "patients" for. I'm not going back to this place. I got way better herb at a spot in San Bernardino for way less and they gave me a 4 gram eighth.

Captain Jacks is a friendly and highly professional establishment. Even the least expensive products are of extremely good quality and very budget friendly. To pair with this, they also have a very nice and well priced high grade selection for the connoisseur. I go no where else.

I agree with other reviews regarding the service and ambiance here. The staff is wonderful and truly does "treat you like family". Offering water to my friend and I ... we had just taken our first dabs. It was a relaxing environment outside and a friendly and helpful one inside. I hope I can find a place just as wonderful in Orange County. But until then, I will make the drive!
