Super convenient especially with leafly great service! Couldn’t be any better I never leave reviews unless I’m impressed good job!

This isn’t to take away from any of the other employees there...but let’s just say Wrenn is the absolute TRUTH!! I don’t care if she’s got a line of people waiting to see her. Add me to that list and give me a number. Her knowledge, her attitude, her customer service, her aura and her entire demeanor is the reason I LOVE going to Captain Jacks. If she’s not there, the experience isn’t the same. I’m sorry. I’d rather she assist me than the runner up of who knows their sh!t when it comes to weed. If you haven’t been there and you don’t know Wrenn, just ask for her and prepare to be swept off your feet. I know this is an overall experience review but because of her, she’s what MADE the experience and does every time. The Mary Jane we buy based on her suggestions has been A1 and then some. Wrenn, thank you. Forever a customer while you’re there. Definitely telling people about you. Give her a raise or something because she’s THAT phenomenal. GO TO CAPTAIN JACKS AND ASK FOR WRENN WITH TWO N’s.

Clean and professional.

Due to toddlers non stop autistic and medical needs now husbands renal cell carcinoma back I cant take the painful pressure and pain on my mind heart and body. So after 9 years sober. I bit the bullet walked in and made my 1st time Cbd and Smoking Cannabis purchase at Jacks. Have to say the two cashier/reps extremely knowledgeable. Atmosphere caring helpful and beyond Amazing. Even connected with another Autism Mom. Thank you Jacks for receiving me well when I was in scared, afraid and not well.

The people there were very friendly. It was my first time there and the young man at the front desk and Tyler (I believe that was his name) were very nice and took the time to explain how things work. I will be back!

This was my first time ever going to a dispensary so I really had no idea what to expect. Every single employee I encountered was nice and professional. Sam helped me. I was looking for something to help my dog. Sam was very confident and knowledgeable. I felt confident making my decision on what to get and how to use it to hopefully see results as quickly as possible in my dog. I highly recommend this place.

This place was great. I dont really like smoking so stuck with edibles, guy that helped me was super nice and spent enough time with me to understand what i was buying. Will for sure be back with the great service selection and GREAT prices

I agree with other reviews regarding the service and ambiance here. The staff is wonderful and truly does "treat you like family". Offering water to my friend and I ... we had just taken our first dabs. It was a relaxing environment outside and a friendly and helpful one inside. I hope I can find a place just as wonderful in Orange County. But until then, I will make the drive!

This place is awesome I feel comfortable coming in. Very helpful and I don't feel like I'm being judged walking in like some other places. You guys rock!!!!

I finally went to this place that I’ve been wanting to go to only to be taxed, no VA discount and no FTP hook up. SFV was good tho. I won’t be back.

Great stock and excellent customer service. Even when they're busy, your budtender takes their time to answer any questions and recommend product based on your needs/wants. I highly recommend this place to anyone from the first timer to the seasoned patient.

Security n parking lot vibe are so cool, front desk is quick an easy, hadn't done a review here i about a year so she had to update my info n didn't take even a minute. before i put my id away security had a smile so big i could see it theu the mask, directed me to the pick up spot and was greeted enthusiastically with more hidden smiles haha… a quick review, a congrats on selection, AND cart gurantee? If i had back all the sad carts that i reviewed from other dispensaries further away, back, that actually werent cracked, possibly fake, and dying disposables… id spend 20% of it alone HERE AT JACKS!!! Theres a lot of other dispensaries i really love, but locally and historically Jacks has been putti g it down with world class service, the people that are the face and the vendors and products they secure with enough foresight to keep it coming with deals on things that u find and like and want more of… not many places have that.
