I've only been here twice, but both times I had great service and product! I want to thank my awesome budtender Rob! A really big plus if you happen to get him! I will be back and it will be soon! I would highly recommend Captain Jacks!

I order through Captain Jacks pick up service and my order is usually wrong. Last time an ordered item was missing, this time I had 2 incorrect items. They confirm my order is ready and when I get there I have to wait while they fix it. I understand they are busier lately, but there has to be a way to be busy and correctly fill orders.

I love this place. It's super clean and professional. They are extremely helpful. The waits are never too long because they staff well. I have purchased many times, all great quality. Great selection always. The order online option is convenient and fast....just order and it is ready when you arrive.

My first time in a dispensary and IT WAS AMAZING!! I went in because I was getting dicked around by all my doctors and insurance regarding treatment for my spine issues and I am so happy I did!! These guys treated me better than all the doctors I've met! I even got some tips on stretching and since then I have been feeling better!! The excruciating pain was there for almost 3 weeks until I went to Captain Jacks! No lie. Kelly was soooop helpful!! She verified my prescription with my Drs office- she took the time to help me!! Usually when I ask my Drs for something, it takes them a week!! It was seriously the best experience EVER. I told my husband all about it and he was like, "wow! The dispensaries I've gone to are so different. They have been full of shitty ass rude kids". Not this place!! Very knowledgeable people with a whole lot of awesomeness. I am forever grateful to these guys and I will continue to be a customer!!

the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. they have sales every day of the week. special strains I haven't found or heard of. great atmosphere to hang out
