Ive been in love this shop since day 1...the atmosphere is so amazing every time I do the vibe is so mellow...it makes you want to go back again and again....my favorite flower they have is true og...im always getting it and I had a king Louie pre rolled and it was amazing.
They need to improve the online pickup experience. As other reviewers have commented I regularly end up spending more time waiting both outside and in vs those customers who just walk up. The frustrating part is how easy this is to fix - just add more workers to the online counter.
Today sucked! Worked 14 hours drove an hour just to come to be turned away!! When I got out of the car it was 815 and I was told they're filled to capacity although they stay open till 9 PM! I come to this dispensary at least twice a week never thought in 1 million years that I will be turned away
This our place to go! We live in the high desert and travel a good bit to shop here. Never had an issue whatsoever. The staff is always beyond helpful and friendly. Most of all is the relaxed vibe of the place! We now order online...the order is always filled super fast and waiting for us without waiting in a line. Love it!

The shop was clean, organized, and felt very professional. I feel like the staff genuinely cared that I have a good experience both in store and with my products once home. I will definitely be back!
Yellow was an awesome budtender, I like to stock up when I go flower shopping and always feel like I’m being rushed when I’m asked “is that it for you” or going to the register before finishing my selections. Yellow was more than happy to help, she went to lookup an item that was sadly out of stock, but recommended another good choice. Captain Jack’s is my Go-To spot.
Above all other reasons, from the cleanliness and selection, how well organized and accessible they are... it is the people who work at Captain Jack's that make it my go to place. I have always, always dealt with polite and professional employees. Today took the cake though. Yellow was quick to offer her help and was by far the very best part of the day. She listened to what I was looking for, asked a few questions and selected what turned out to be absolutely perfect. great energy, I love this place! Yellow is the best! no... really.
