I'm never disappointed. This place is amazing every time. I've been coming here for about 3 yrs now, even before this location. They always amaze me. Their staff is unbelievable. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable. I was helped by Jessica. She was amazing! Listened to all of my needs and recommended a variety of products that I would benefit from. I suffer from chronic pain and anxiety however I don’t want to be zoned out on the couch all day. Jessica taught me about different products for my different needs. She is a great ambassador for your store! I loved her positive energy!

Service was great. Although I forgot her name. She was awesome. Helpful and knowledgeable. Environment was comfortable and relaxed, very friendly. Priced a little on the higher side, but worth it. Huge selection!

well it was mine and my wifes first time at captain jacks... the bud tender we had was very informative about their products. Also the bud tender was very patient with all the questions we had about what all the new stuff was( havent been in a collective in about 3 years) and the dab bar is the business... i cant wait to go back. i am definitely going to be a customer for sure

I've been here twice and it's a great place to go if you want to pick up good bud and have a great experience. Everyone is super friendly and answers any questions you have. Alexandria was super helpful and nice. They also have a great environment to hangout at.
