Collective Awakenings

Collective Awakenings is a peaceful, earthy but elegant space located in an unassuming Sandy storefront. The spacious and gently lit lobby gives of a sort of coastal vibe, and the desk is staffed by perpetually happy folks. The sales floor is beautifully appointed, and the budtenders knowledgeable and professional. My requests for something "for working in the garden" or "a sativa and an indica to enjoy while preparing and consuming a large meal for friends" have always led to the perfect bud for the occasion. These folks know their product and are happy to discuss it in detail. The green medicine bottle packaging is attractive, simply add a bow for a festive stocking stuffer! This is the perfect shop for first time recreational buyers.

Jackie was my bud tender and she is so great! So friendly, knows the strains and products well, and hipped me to some up and coming products.That House Blend freebie for being a first timer was beyond amazing. Her energy and good vibe made the sunny day a lot brighter. I loved the wait area, too. The receptionist was also very friendly. I'm such a dummy, I should have gotten her name. We were talking about some of the weird dispensaries we've been to in my neck of the woods, near Forest Grove/Newberg. It was nice to talk to someone who knew exactly what I meant...LOL! And I loved Gary! :) I look forward to coming back here. So many reasons to come back....

First time you walk into this shop you're immediately transported from the bustle of NE Sandy to a warm inviting lobby with a huge tree sculpture installation. Staff is warm inviting and attentive, huge lobby area with some really cool, rare items like a pre-prohibition marijuana tax stamp and a muh-fuckin lizard that holds it down on his lil heat rock. Once transferred to the retail space it's pretty standard stuff as far as the dispensary experience goes. A knowledgable, competent staff is there to guide you should you lose your way. Overall a great spot with competitive prices, some of the highest quality brands on the market, and an atmosphere that just feels inviting. If you're in there stop and smell the Mt. At first I was only shopping at a dispensary near my house because of convenience but then my friend convinced me to try out Collective Awakenings. I was so glad that she did because it's my favorite dispensary now. It's an amazing place. The lobby is huge and welcoming. They have free drinks and usually candy too. The staff there are the most knowledgable about their strains than I've ever encountered. They are extremely helpful with getting you the kind of high that you want to be. I went there to get a high CBD for my pain but also one to do creative stuff. She instantly grabbed a few for me to smell and explained what each strain was like. I've been happy with every purchase so far. Plus, they have these little $7 joints that are super rad.

The location and staff were all great! The location is very nice, the place looks nice on the inside, they have seats for you to sit on and lights with magnifying glasses to check out the weed before you buy. The staff was extremely friendly and patient. I went in with two friends and we were very indecisive about what we were gonna buy, and they were really patient with us and helped us choose. It was also my friend's birthday, so they gave them a few little freebies, like some screens and some rolling papers, which was cool. The weed itself was decent, I ended up getting Platinum Girl Scout Cookie and Funfetti, both of which made me feel great, particularly the Plat GSC. The only thing that wasn't great was that the weed was VERY VERY dry. Like I've never bought weed so dry. I was really surprised. I am having a hard time speaking badly of it though, because I loved it other than that, maybe it was very old? I would proceed with caution.

To be in Portland, finding a marijuana shop is easy. Especially being on Sandy Blvd, with Nectar further up and Treehouse Collective behind. Both considerable shops themselves, how does one stand out? Collective Awaking shines in their professionalism. All shops could learn from this place. This shop is designed attractively, and the buying experience is streamlined to be easy and efficient. This is a well-run establishment. The staff may feel lukewarm to some but I think they work there because they are good at their job. Service isn't a 10, but the staff can answer most questions you may have. If you like what they say, thats your interpretation . But what speaks the most is the selection they achieve. Their bud is good nearly all the time. They get the right phenos, the specific strains that are extra dank. Example: Right now they have Mt Hood Magic, Durban pheno. Theres 3 out there, Durban is the best. They got it. *slow clap* Being a medical patient here is definitely way more awesome because they have deals daily. If you're recreational, expect to pay for their quality.

Shopped here several times, have always received great service here, recently had alittle mishap with a gram of concentrates, but called the store and talked to a manager who was very happy to set it right and apologized several times for the mishap, I will always come back here for my needs as they have been nothing but a great experience everytime

Collective Awakenings has a calm and professional vibe. This is the first dispensary I visited and I find myself comparing the others against it. The lobby is a little stark, but includes a lizard to ponder while you wait. You're let back when a budtender is available, as far as I can tell. They have individual booths set up with very attractive glass displays of their flowers in jars. They proved a magnifying glass to get a good look. And they weigh out and load the container in front of you, I suspect you could probably request specific buds The place was low lit, the volume low. Very different from some of the bright clinic vibes of other dispensaries, but still very professional feeling. I was very happy with my budtender's suggestion; turned out I liked her selection more than the second one I picked out on my own. Edible selection seemed small in my recollection, but that may have been how it was displayed.

parking is tough but that comes with the area. the inside was super cute and the vibe was really friendly. everyone was really welcoming and the prices are pretty good. they didnt have what i came in for (sour tsunami) but my wife bought a gram of something new. would def shop here again.

Saw that you had Chronic Creations on sale, $10 off a gram. Your Leafly says you have it at $40 a gram. Aligra told me all prices in red were on sale. She failed to mention that those are the sale prices. I paid $24 more than what I thought it was supposed to be. That may not sound like a lot but for someone who works an hourly retail job, that's not chump change. That's essentially 2+ hours of my life that I will never get back. I don't even want this oil anymore, I'm reminded of this experience every time I look at it. Please reconsider your menu appearance.

Great all around dispense !

Favorite dispensary. Hands down.

Kia helped me and my boyfriend our first time in. My boyfriend is pretty knowledgeable and likes to test the budtenders, and she did surprisingly well. Very helpful, more than anyone else we've been to, and this will be a new frequent. Super great quality flower, also. Fresh Squeezed is tip top.

Riley helped me out today and was incredibly helpful and a great salesman! I was beyond impressed with his knowledge and willingness to spend all of the time with us that we needed.
