Came in here and bought a vape pen, unfortunately the vape had a malfunction but I was able to return it without an issue. The malfunction wasn’t there fault, great spot, good prices. Must visit.

This was my first time ever at a dispensary. Skylar walked us through the entire process and he was very knowledgeable on the products. I would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome dispensary! There oil vape pens are specially good, very potent and affordable.
I literally placed an order, was told I had a driver en route and then the driver just never came. And then they closer the store. Y’all are plain weird like idek what else to add.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Horrible customer service and they do not even check identification for an order. I use to love this dispensary and rave about it to friends. There security guard is completely rude and kicked me out while I was trying to make an order? The bud tender then came out to give me my order without checking my identification POINTED A FINGER IN MY FACE telling me he’s going to make a note on my profile. I do not know what kind of business tries to scolds a PAYING customer for making an order. The inside of the storefront has no walls, wires showing and completely unorganized. I usually don’t care about what a dispensary looks like, but if you were wondering what you were driving to, here’s a heads up. There products are also not the best quality. You can LITERALLY see where they grow the weed in a small shed that is visible in the curbside pick-up area. God knows what or who’s in there. Also no parking and they have the entire corner blocked off so it makes it even harder to park. Be prepared to walk a couple blocks if you want to park and go inside. There are MANY other dispensaries that have great customer service and better products. You have been warned.

G.E.C has an open yet neat and tidy lobby and budroom with lots of menus around. It can be overwhelming to see all what they carry, so make sure to take your time. Everyone seemed to be in content spirits, helped with the experience of being there for the first time. There are taxes to be paid so don’t go in not knowing, you should know, do your research.

So I'd like to first preface this by saying I am a LOCAL and REGULAR customer at the G.E.C. for around 3+ years. I thank the G.E.C. staff for their kindness up to this point. I mean, the whole staff knows me, and we're all cool, except for my MOST RECENT EXPERIENCE. Front Desk? 10/5, they know their stuff inside and out, and know how to help you.
Security? 10/5 If you actually take a moment to actually talk to them, they're actually really friendly people. There was a really cool African American security guard there who helped me with all the best joint selections before I got to the staff with my order. Great people. Actual cannabis front line associates? 10/5 VERY friendly, very helpful, and I take pride in dropping the associated (male or female) around $5-20 every time I visit for max 10 minutes of their time. I take pride in being a "golden goose" for their good service that they do. <3
...So why the 1/5?
The Machismo Manager (or acted like it in my most recent visit). Timed my visit during their low occupancy time to avoid the normally long lines, so I can get the premium service. Was being helped by a friendly female staff member. Was the only customer in there at that moment. The female associate helping me was very helpful and was planning to drop a sweet tip because I'm very well within my budget.
Manager comes in, and makes an unnecessarily big deal about the phone, which I've NEVER had a problem with for the 3 years I've been there, and I made it BLATANTLY clear I'm just using it to pull up a specific product name to make the order experience faster. Nobody else was around to use as an example in the store. He was a straight up douche, and condescending to the other female associates there.
And I have a question, an honest one, if phones are TRULY NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CONTEXT by that machismo manager: a) How are we supposed to cash out our Birthday Discounts? b). How about redeeming our points for bonus products? c) How about redeeming DISCOUNTS PROMOTED BY THE GEC ITSELF???
I am aware people take pictures to compare prices, but it was clear as day I had NO INTENTION OF DOING SO, and had a budget I planned to spend at the place. I was blown away by the rude nature, and almost just walked out. I can tell the associates can barely tolerate him, just by their looks, sadness in their eyes, and his rude nature. I had stepped out to get the document and get the names of the products, then RELUCTANTLY stepped back in. Then he tried to compensate by acting professional, while STILL stepping on the toes of their own staff, and denying the regular staff, WHO WAS PERFECTLY CAPABLE I should mention, to help me. He probably thought little of them, and was trying to make an example, but it all failed HORRIFICALLY. Broskie, you made the staff and the store and the staff look bad. Hella bad. The ordering was very awkward as seeing his POOR display of management of public display while trying my best to keep composed while seeing the sad team members on the sidelines aint helping anyone. They know they lost their tip from not being able to help me, and the experience the manager gave. This was a clear cut case where the manager stepping in made things WORSE!!!
If this behavior is allowed at the G.E.C. of rudely treating their staff while they feel like shiet on the sidelines robbing their staff from a nice tip I was about to drop, hijacked customers from perfectly capable retail associates, and making terrible experiences for their CORE customers who built the place to be what it is to PUSH customers to take their money ELSEWHERE, I will have no affiliation with the G.E.C. after I cash out my surplus points. Not sorry.
I stand up for the frontline workers RIGHTS, and they shouldn't be subjected to being thought of as LESS by the manager. If I was that lady, and I had just TWO similar experiences with a manager like that, I would've quit on the spot.
And I was one who vouched for G.E.C. and brought them TONS OF BUSINESS!!! I'm posting this review on ALL the review sites to make sure his actions are known. I follow the old adage, "Take your money where its treated best." And with a hostile manager like that as other reviewers have stated, I'm planning on taking my money elsewhere after the surplus points cashout.

Everything’s great
Definitely will NOT be shopping here again. It's really shady how the store contacted me after my order was sent through to say that I'll be charged an additional 10 dollars in taxes. The joints were rolled in the cheapest cone ever, and 2 of the joints were leaking resin bad enough to where I couldn't smoke them. Waste of money.
First off, I am not one to leave reviews but the service was so bad I felt inclined to leave one.
I placed a delivery order at 7:20pm on Wednesday through Leafly. By the time it was 9:01pm I was a bit confused as they never texted me to tell me my orders ETA. I then called to ask for an ETA just for the worker there to tell me “unfortunately, your order didn’t go through and we’re about to close so we can deliver it to you early morning tomorrow.” I was pissed because I got a notification from Leafly saying my order “was in the works” - meaning the order did go through but the employees did not check their system for orders placed through Leafly until I called.
Whatever, I figured I could wait until the next day. I told them the earliest I could do was 10am today as I am usually stuck in meetings until that time. This morning, the delivery person showed up at 9:45am and obnoxiously rung the door bell 4-6 times. Again, I was happy the order came and thankfully I had a 5 minute break between meetings.
I opened the door and the delivery person said “sorry if I woke you up, I’ve been trying to call you but it went straight to voicemail.” Which is true, I have my phone on do not disturb bc I typically in meetings during this time in the morning. I apologized and proceeded to give him my ID.
I had explicitly checked ‘credit’ as the payment method when placing my order through Leafly. He saw my card and said “debit?” I corrected him and told him I was intending to pay with credit. He said “we’re not taking credit, our credit system is currently broken so we’re only taking cash or debit payments. Did they not tell you when you placed your order last night?”
After all of that, I wasn’t even able to get my order because I had no cash on me and was hoping to put this on my credit card. Extremely disappointed at the quality of service here. I was a loyal customer until this experience. I will never be ordering from this dispensary again.

I am extremely disappointed with Green Earth Collective. I’ve repeatedly purchased their "Moonland" carts, among others, and encountered the same issues: clogged, not burning properly, and stopping towards the end. Despite their assurances, the replacements have the same problems.
Shockingly, employees admitted that they sell old, expired carts from their inventory to make a profit. This practice not only fails to meet the Cannabis Control Bureau’s standards but also raises serious safety concerns. If they’re selling old carts just to make money, I fear they might also be neglecting product safety regarding chemicals and pesticides. Avoid this dispensary if you value quality and safety.

My interaction was on the phone because I am currently immobile. Their service is so amazing! The sales person was incredibly kind and helpful. I felt well listened to and well treated, also efficient. There are other dispensaries that are closer to me, but the Green Earth Collective has won all my future cannabis custom. I look forward to visiting the store once I can walk again.

small, doesn't seem inviting, only a couple customers at a time in the small budroom. waiting in line isn't fun, especially when a customer in the budroom is bullshitting with the budtender about his weekend. I get it, but just know others aren't waiting patiently. could be a little nicer, maybe.
and yea, parking blows.
