The waiting room is a little bit like County Jail. But once the man with the big gun lets you into the shop, there's great budtenders who can answer your questions and recommend the right strain for your pain. Prices much better than the Westside !

Staff was very kind and helpful. It was a quick process and they helped every step.

ordered from this place, got the notification that my order was being prepared and it went straight to “delivered” but they never showed up. got the “delivered” confirmation minutes before they closed. seems lame

Green Earth Collective will treat you with hostility and disrespect. Green Earth Collective is a HORRIBLE company! If there would be 0 stars I would have given this business a 0. They are incredibly unprofessional, ridiculous , controlling and unnecessary negative! I order some CBD / THR edibles online on the website. It told me to come pick it up because my order is ready via text. I was excited. I Drove out to eagle rock for pickup. Park in the back at curbside parking. A angry and over ego eccentric security guard yelled at me: IT'S CURB SITE PARKING ONLY he made me move my car. I re-parked my car on the street next to the building. Walked inside to a little window with a unfriendly overworked and exhausted unfriendly lady. She yelled at me that I need to move my car and that I can't park on the street that I just move it too and that she won't serve me or give me my order if I don't move my car immediately. At this point I got angry and thought WOW. How ridiculous this all is! All I wanted was my CBD and be happy and relax. I walked out and thought FORGET THIS PLACE! I'm not giving this unproductive and unprofessional group of negative people who are pushing me and bullying me where to park my car my hard earned money. Green Earth Collective will treat you with hostility and disrespect. I was a first time customer and this was an awful experience. Super annoying. Super controlling and very unprofessional and especially SUPER UNNECESSARY NEGATIVE experience for a first time customer. They ruined my day. Will never come back. This was my first and last time. I would rather go to a place where they treat me like a human not like a criminal and pushed me around where to park. Stay away from Green Earth Collective.. Buy your stuff elsewhere like Sweet flower etc. They were so nice to me and a total opposite of Green Earth Collective.

First time here and there trying to tell me I’ve been there before. The receptionist at the front was extremely rude with no people skill, complete disregard for other people. The bud tenders weren’t helpful at all and didn’t even seem to like being there. Couldn’t even ask for something with being given mad attitude If you don’t like your job or the people coming thru... DONT WORK THERE. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. Literally walked out empty handed

this place was awesome the staff was awesome they were professional and respectful I got in and got out and im now a happy returning customer

This is such a great dispensary ,they have great strains ,delicious edibles, and a very efficient delivery service Also the customer service is great I highly recommend getting high with this dispensary
