You’ll have to hold your nose when being treated very rudely by the woman at the front counter but the bud tenders are usually nice. I don’t see the same face twice so they aren’t very knowledgeable. Last time I went, I had to wait to be helped until the employees stopped arguing - luckily another employee walked through and realized I was waiting and listening to drama so she helped me. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere without a tense atmosphere and that’s not so expensive.

Bud tenders don’t know what they’re selling, They’re all rude and short, making it seem like patients are there for Free stuff and without Money. Aka, get better employees.

my first time coming to this place ,they dont honor the ftp👎the lady in the front need more customer service classes the people in the back are cool and friendly other than that I'll make it my last resort.

The shop looks nice and the staff was very friendly. The gluelato on display was frosty af smelled delicious and looked really good, the gluelato i recieved in my package was not the same quality as the display maybe not even the same type or strain. The other herb i grabbed was the same as the display so i guess it wasnt all bad. Also i told my budtender while scanning my items at the register i was a ftp at harvest so i would get the deal then he tries to charge me full price for what im purchasing. It could have been an honest mistake but i just said it to him a minute earlier so maybe not. It was an okay shop but i probably wont shop here again not getting the same meds i was shown is pretty grimy.

Kinda rude. Feels like lines to wait in line. Couldnt even be bothered to make a recommendation. Weed was super dry, says it was harvested LAST FALL.
The employees are the only reason I still shop here. Product has gone completely downhill. All the while, prices keep going up. Never have any deals worth anything. You have to spend around a hundred dollars to get any sort of deal. Probably start going elsewear.

Pricing for edibles is double to quadruple other nearby dispensary’s. I found one worthy purchase amongst the stack & left.
My card was left behind at the dispensary. To their credit they called me straight away, but it was after hours for them at this point.
I return to get my card, no apology- coupon-questions/concern regarding my missing card or the inconvenience of me coming back to pick it up.
Then.. the receptionist has the gall to say well “why your here, would you like something”?. No not really, not after I went though all this trouble to come back & get my card. The worst part of the customer service experience - I’m a stock owner, the stocks been plummeting for awhile now...wonder why.
These fucking guys... had well over 1100 points saved up from my cannasseurs club. Woke up to 200 points. They took my points without my authorization. I spend over a grand here and get cheated on and they steal my points. Fuck that. Fuck them.

Will switch up ftp deal on you for jarred bud and only let you bogo 1/8, not 1/4. (Just a tip, if you don’t want to give deals on the “exclusive” brands, put it in writing like everywhere else.)

First time patient to this location. I had mentioned to my bud tender that my budget had me interested in their 24.99 tier. He shows me a strain, and I picked that one as my BOGO offer. Assuming it's 24.99, I didn't second guess the price, because I assumed that my earlier note mentioning my budget was taken into consideration. He didn't mention this was actually a 34.99 product. He was knowledgeable about the products, but not so friendly as a person. The other tenders just stood and stared at me making my selection basically the entire time, which made me feel very uncomfortable due to social anxiety. There were no other patients to serve, but why stare like that instead of finding something else to do. I didn't get a name of that man who served me. I'm glad that I did not end up getting the 24.99 tier, because my boyfriend did, and the scent and appearance of his flower was reminiscent of Timothy Hay. I'll never trust or assume that a bud tender has my back after this experience. I used to really trust that a budtender would listen to my concerns, and keep my best interests in mind, until this experience. I will be more cautious from here on out. I could not afford the $10 difference, but I took the L instead of being a Karen. I did not notice the price difference until I had left the building and saw my receipt. The flower for 34.99 wasn't very good, either. This product is used for chronic pain management. Imagine going to the pharmacy expecting to get medication, but you get handed vitamins.
Not a pleasant experience, will not be returning. 👎🏻

Beware! They lie and don't honor the deals they advertise and their selection is minimal. You'll be happier someplace else.

Horrible customer service, used to like this one. Not anymore.
I came in maybe two monday's ago to take advantage of the First time Patient BOGO(3x.) I was excited to get some of that Roll's choice buds, So I had placed an order for it before going in. Highest thc yielding flower I've seen around my area! Unfortunately, after getting there and deciding with the budtender what I wanted for my other two BOGO's, I found Out that I hadn't enough allotment for my order. Yikes! My budtender apologized, saying that the staff should have noticed and said something before even putting my order aside. She asked around, seeing what she could do for me. She ended up telling me that what she could do, is let me come in another day to use my First time patient deal, AS LONG as I didn't make a purchase that initial day.
It was my fault too, I figured, and cut my losses and went home, waiting for the next monday to come with Roll's choice in stock. That day finally came this monday (3/2/20) and I placed my order and came in with excitement to pick my 3 BOGO's.
However, I get there and the gentleman who rang me up told me that he couldn't honor what I was promised, and that I could only do ONE BOGO, even though it was a monday. It doesn't make sense! I was furious but didn't want to make a scene, since I had somewhere to be. Nonetheless, I am disappointed with this experience. This made me unsure if I even wanted to return.

My boyfriend and I came in to the chandler location tonight around 8:40pm. We've been to the other locations and came just to get some dank flower to smoke on. We asked for the Dr. Who Grow Science eighth; the budtender showed it to us and let us smell it. It looked AMAZING. however unfortunately we did NOT come home with the Dr. Who. the budtender gave us Purple Punch even though we said Dr. Who multiple times. I don't remember the budtenders name but our receipt says Cashier 42688 POS 3 Order 2064211. Luckily the Purple Punch is still fire just really bummed we didnt get the Dr. Who. didnt want to drive back though with it raining so hard and being so late.

You'd think for a company that spent so much time on layout, marketing, merchandising, packaging, would think to handle the basics such as, taking care of the waiting patients in a timely manner. Possibly understaffed (ludicrous for a new establishment.) My first trip here the front door was propped open (a security violation.) My second trip a man is staring at two signs, NO CELL PHONES (another security violation,) as he talks on his phone. There are plenty of other alternatives and places to get medicine than to have to subject yourself to substandard management and practices. There is a reason those rules are in place. I won't be returning.
Unnecessarily slow, I go in for a specific deal, a Monday flower sale, the bud tender thought the deal was Sunday’s deal, and I call back after leaving only 4 minutes later.
No answer. I know that we’re was no guests in the lobby as I had just left and they can’t even answer the phone? What kinda crew are you running chandler?
Maybe use the leafly chat box if there are issues with an order instead of canceling 30 min to an hour AFTER you confirmed order....thats literally what it's there for. No one can get through when calling half the time so we utilize the online ordering/chat system. This is the second time this has happened without any communication of any kind on their end. What makes it all even better is I used to work for this company years ago. Do better harvest/trulieve

Loyal customer that will NOT return. Sold me a really terrible half ounce that they refused to work with me on. Lots of other good dispensaries around that will love my business.

The bud is too expensive. And, that says a lot. Thank god there are other places in town to get meds. Some with great deals for those that cannot afford Harvest’s prices. Hope they do better at customer demographics.
