Health for Life - Baltimore

I shopped at the Whitemarsh Healrh for Life yesterday. The store is always clean and the budtenders are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m always satisfied with the products that I receive and I would recommend this location to my friends and family. Definitely a 5 star review!!!!!

I did preorder on the 19th to avoid going inside , but I never got a notification to let me know when it was ready. I ended up going inside waiting for quite awhile. When I got in there the girl was coo, she rang everything up and it came to a different price and I was like wtf. But turns out it was a different price because I wasn’t medical in their system. So that’s a quick fix. But turns out since I was a first time medical patient I got $50 off. BOOP! So I was able to get an extra 7g of my fav Snoop OG. I walked out a happy customer.

Let me be clear I like H4L but if you open at 10am. Be ready for patients at 10am. I get on site regularly and it’s not until 10:15-10:20 if we are lucky until you guys ready. Get it together and if you have a team meeting do it before 10am.

So disappointed in my experience today. I left my job 30 mins early to make sure I was here in time to get my order. I ordered my items and at 10:10am they were ready. 3 items to be exact considering they were buy 2 get one for a penny. I even called around 4 to double check. Upon picking them up there was only 1 item in my order. I know that my order was broken into because it was ready 10 mins after they opened yet I get there only to find one item. Although they tried to replace it, they should have contacted me through leafly if that was the case. That is why I am pretty positive that it was fixed correctly in the am but by mid day someone probably assumed I was not coming and took it. Of course I will never know the truth but they don't realize the bins they put me in. Now I have no meds basically and won't be able to get any until tomorrow. I just feel like this was wrong especially bc I am very familiar with how this whole system works. I will be waiting on the call when the item is back in stock but after that I dont think I will be coming back . If an order isn't ready or can't be fulfilled it's health for life's obligation to call the patient ... never even got that. Then on top of that I missed money from my own job

everytime I come here they are fast, and friendly. I normally get the 65 1/4 deals or do the 25% leafly orders. either way this place is a great place to go!

My favorite dispensary , they just had their 1 year anniversary , can’t believe it’s only been a year seems like it’s been awhile longer . Anywho def come into this place and check out the dank deals and great cannabis customer service, you will alway walk out with a smile on your face . It’s my Cannabis version of Cheers, lol.....where everybody knows my name , peace - out😎
