My experience was fabulous! I did curbside pick up! I ordered the night before... However it took awhile to get a curbside spot!🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I would suggest making 2 more spots curbside😊❤️

Maybe have a some signs up for the people standing in line trying to get there online order as a lot of people were confused about having to receive a text first saying that the order was complete other than this overall pretty satisfactory

First online order after a few extended wait visits. Nick fixed up my order and was quick and very helpful getting my meds sorted. Planning next visit already. You’re lucky if you get Nick as your Budtender.

It feels kinda strange picking up an online order standing by the back door so that's the only reason atmosphere is a 3 star for me. I would imagine if I were to go inside, it'd be swell. Would also like to say that Jack did dandy, handling my order quickly despite having had the internet go down.

Update to my review a few posts back. I found my driver's liscense. It wasn't lost or not returned to me at the dispensary, but somehow it ended up on the floor of my car. I also decided that the subsitution they gave me is quite good, athough I likely won't buy it again and they should notify you when subsituting for something they are out of (especially when the subsitution is more expense than the original order). In any case, I did want to update my review to make it known that they were in the clear about my missing liscense. My bad.

This was my first time there and I ordered online. The drive up and someone walking your merch out was cool. My problem with my order by not going into the store to get didn't allow me to see what I was getting. I received a quarter of skunk berry buds. I will the the smoke is exceptional, but I received way more shake then what I would have agreed to. We also bought 3 $30.00 cartridge's that we're also good but 1 ran dry after 6 hits. This is not normal to me in my experiences with cartridges. Anyway I would like to know how to order online and get what I expect? When I looked at what I bought online it was out of stock. So I know I got the bottom of the jar. Will be back.

I was disappointed that the item I went for was out of stock, but I understand it happens and was offered an alternative. Rob is great to work with- friendly, patient and knowledgeable.

Been to the Ironwood location a few times now. They have friendly helpful staff. They are busy so expect a wait. They do offer curbside pickup which cuts the wait, just order online and they will text you when to pick up.
