Great experience, grabbed a few things to try and enjoyed them all, i will be back.

When I’m told my online order is ready for pick up why does it take so long for them to come back out with it? Are they putting the order together after already telling you it’s ready?

I love the ordering service just don't like standing outside with people driving by looking

Always easy and hassle free. And usually even if a wait it is not long at all.

It was pretty busy and quite a bit of a wait to get into the bud room, so I went with Express Pick-Up instead. Took around an hour from when I placed my order to when it was ready - no big deal, I expected this since it was busy. The woman who did my order was really friendly and didn’t mind changing something for me last minute. I have nothing bad to say about the place, though finding parking can be a bit of a pain.

They have good prices and products but truly struggle with customer service. They rarely confirm online orders. Reception is not helpful, managers are never available.

When I purchased flower I don't want it to have Shake in it especially not half of it or very small tiny little buds I drive here 4 hours away for quality

Everyone here has always been so nice and friendly. I order online and do pick up which is really nice because I have a bad ankle so I don't have to stand around waiting I can just sit in my vehicle

Nice place. Decent selection of product. Wait times are TOO long compared to other dispensaries. Curbside and express pickup should be done on first come first serve basis. 3 other curbside pickups were attended to before me and I was the first one there. Could use a better system for online ordering and pickup. Reach out to Glazed and Confused, they seem to have it figured out. Hope this place can get it going soon

Products are alright, service was lacking. I did not receive a receipt with purchase, so I do not know my final cost after med card and everything else at this point. My friend was not contacted for replacement items after insistence that she was, and was also shorted $100 in change when giving payment on online order. Using confusing on return with a large amount of change is not a good time to pocket $100. We will not be returning.

Waited in line forever like usual. Walked away and thought “this bag feels light” so I open it and was missing my ounce of weed. Like what? Spent $400 and earned 90 points. What is it, $10 off for 1000 points? Lol this place is going to be mad when Rize opens or better bet The Fire Station comes to town.

The wait is insane. 2 plus hours daily. 45 minutes waiting if you already have an order. The one male running is suuuuuper rude to costumers. (Not myself.) I would even go here but it's the closest to my location the nearest being 2 hours farther.

I'm done with the Higher Love in Ironwood MI. I ordered 2 vape carts on Saturday morning and it's noon SUNDAY and I still haven't been able to get them. I've gone to pick up my order 3 times in 2 days, to no avail. It is nearly impossible to get a parking spot, let alone a curbside delivery spot. I'm not standing in a 3 hour wait line, outside in the rain, for 2 vape carts. They refuse to deliver to a vehicle that's not in an UNCLEARLY marked curbside spot (in which the signs have been covered with black bags), even if it's just a space over! What's the harm in servicing the next car over when the parking lot is so small?? Or two cars over?There's "literally nothing we can do"...although they could LITERALLY make a choice to service anyone they want while bringing in more revenue for the company, keeping the parking lot flowing and making customers happy to ensure repeat business. So with Rize opening up soon and the great delivery service from The Fire Station...and even better curbside & customer service from other establishments in the U.P., I feel that Higher Love will be losing a lot of business and money. Their discriminatory employees may not care, but guaranteed their bosses will.

We did run into a couple of problems with on-line ordering through your website. One of our friends with us ordered 2 days before we picked up our order and it had gone back on the shelf because the order only last for 24 hours. We she ordered again on-line while we were in the parking lot and the order would not go through. She called the office and was told that was because she ordered over the limit. It would have been helpful if your website said you had to pick up the order within 24 hours and also explain the order limits. Thank you.

I guess since yall refused to post my last review... all I'm gonna say is.... you over charged me. I'm over it. I'd rather make the 3 hour trip to Houghton and not have to deal with this bullshit.
