Fast service and Friendly staff!

Great experience, grabbed a few things to try and enjoyed them all, i will be back.

The whole process they have for online pick up is the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen! You walk into the waiting room and see a 2 hour wait time and they urge you to order “online” as it was faster if I already knew what I wanted! It took almost three hours from the time I placed my order online to get my “quick” order! For now I will stick with the usual trips to other towns to other locations that will not waste half my day waiting! I thought

I love this store and the employees do such a great job running it. The only thing I think they can do better with is more deals for the customers on a daily basis.

Rob was so helpful and nice! They didn’t have a few things to complete my order but he made sure I left with all the things I wanted anyway, even if it wasn’t what I originally ordered. Thank you so much!!!!! Left a happy customer!

Massive waste of time. Placed an online order at 10, arrived at 11:30, four and a half hours later, still nothing. They don’t tell you the wait time for orders (quoted an hour on Google) and consistently make errors in orders. They forced me to go back inside and wait another few hours another thing. Other Higher Love locations are good but this one is absolutely trash.

It is always a pleasure coming here. Jack was friendly and on top of things, answered my questions, and made me feel like a valued customer. Products are always high quality. I have never left regretting my purchase! AND the staff is always amazing! Thanks!

We ordered on line and it took 4 hours to fill. I understand they were very busy. A heads up on the wait time would have helped being we have never been here. We will drive further into Michigan . It’s better than Walgreens parking lot!

Shopping online here to skip the long in-store waits is convenient but usually a broader selection of products and better service is available in-store. Also, be prepared for out of stocks and substitute products for items you order online. They apparently fill orders when you arrive for pick up, not at time of order.

Curbside pick up is amazing! Very quick & convenient. Highly recommend!

Cool place, small parking lot with 3 spots for curbside pickup. If you can’t find a spot, swing back around and park alongside the curb by the entrance until a spot fills up.

As a connoisseur and strict temp controlled vaporizer, I had no expectations on my first arrival. First time was so-so, the wait can be up to an hour to hour and a half at maximum. On Wax Wednesdays for instance, the out of state traffic is abysmal and often there is only 1 or 2 free open parking spaces. My main complaint is pricing and inadequate reading... I've been in one week bought a Rosin at $22 grams, and it turned out the next week it was accidentally mislabeled internally at higher love and was actually supposed to cost $50 plus tax per gram. The other thing is terrible pricing for cartridges... When the gram carts at other dispensaries of Binske products cost $15 and $10 for a half gram at Dispo Romeo, its odd paying $30 and $23 for a half gram. Also, pricing on bulk is pointless. Compared to other dispensaries, i.e. Lume, the pricing is vastly more expensive at Higher Love. I would love to see things change as the rec scene and med scene has changed a lot in Michigan. Bottom Line, if anyone can make the drive to just about any other dispensary if its near them, I highly recommend it. If you are trapped and driving hours to Ironwood, and unable to shop elsewhere... This is the store for you.
