Higher Love - Ironwood (REC)

I made my order online (first time) when I arrived to pick it up I was lead outside and stood on the steps, in a fairly heavy wind, had to count out my cash in the wind mind you and then stand and wait. No way to double check my order or maybe have hands free to check the change or even put it away. VERY AKWARD! I certainly hope this changes before winter.

I picked up a curbside order and were greeted by Maddie. She made sure I had the battery for your cartridges and gave me a penny pre roll for being a first timer! Maddie rocks! I will be back ASAP!

Love this place..very friendly and yeah there can be a wait but there is always people there and they are trying their best to get to everyone some people just have no patience or understand what its like dealing with a lot of customers at once and think everything should be about them...You guys do an awesome job and Kimberly is definitely one of my favorite she does a great job and is always smiling and friendly...

Staff doesn’t know what’s up. Bring cash or they will send you all over town chasing an ATM…. But they actually have one in their “bud room”. Just an annoying overall experience.

Came from Green Bay and placed an order before I left so I could just pick it up when I got in town! I ordered a 3 pack of pre-rolls and a single pre-roll. It was honestly a smooth transaction going the “order online” route. Wait time wasn’t bad at all! My only bleh moment was after I got home and opened the bag, I only got 1 of the 2 things I ordered! Tho I didn’t pay for both, I was just under the impression that if I ordered online, that’s what I’m going to get lol. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up my order so I had no clue, would’ve probably taken a replacement if the pre-roll I ordered was sold for whatever reason before I got there! Will just remember for next time to just go in and buy instead of ordering! Just wanna guarantee I get what I’m asking for!

Quick and easy with online order. Friendly staff. Efficient and good at what they do. Must stop when your in town.

Waited in the lobby (always with a good grasp on the wait time and the option of going to do other shopping and return to my place in line) and I've done online ordering. Both experiences were fine. I've even been able to add to my order when picking up...like yesterday with the flash sale.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! I have shopped this location numerous times and they are continuously improving in all areas. I do suggest visiting their website and researching what you might be looking for to get some ideas to pick from, or place a pick up order which is now my preferred method as it is so quick and easy!

I’ve been here many times, today being my first with the curbside pick up. Which was SO convenient, my quickest stop there ever. Rob was awesome, fast, and efficient! Higher love will always have my business.

Workers are always so nice take good care of the customers. I’ve found that ordering online gets me in and out the quickest but depending on the day there isn’t too bad of a wait in the lobby anyways.

Incredibly long wait time on Sunday, even for pre-orders. Would be nice if the payment amount online matched what I was charged at pickup.

VERY BUSY STORE!! Be prepared to wait, be cool as they’re doing what they can! Keep up the great friendly service and all will be fine.

Curbside was so easy! And so quick! I ordered around 45 minutes in advance, since I was working 45 minutes away. Got back into town and went to curbside and had my products within 3 minutes of parking. That is amazing! My tender had a great attitude enthusiasm! Way to go Higher Love!

I placed an order 4 hours ahead of my pick up and waited in line for a half hour to find out that it wasn’t ready. I didn’t get my order.

I have done the lobby waiting which was good just a long wait but oh well. Online is very quick and even with a long line online process was quick! Very impressed with the whole experience and of course I will be back!
