People are friendly here and I like it overall but not sure about the quality. For example, I purchased a cartridge for almost 60.00 recently, and it does not work, it leaked all over the place, and I feel like I basically wasted 60.00. (Which I did) :(

This is a great dispensary. The staff is knowledgeable, they take in to consideration specific strains, brands, etc. to cater to their specific patients. I would recommend to anyone.

I have been visiting MedMen in Evanston since January when IL legalized Adult use cannabis. The staff is always friendly and helpful in guiding clients to beneficial products even during high demand and low supply days. Today was my first purchase online (due to the Stay at Home rules), and it was extremely easy! I hope IL permits online orders in the future too, but it's an excellent way to manage Social distancing and quick service. Cannabis really helps during these stressful times, and MedMen is making it easy to provide for my needs. Thanks!

First time purchaser at a dispensary, everything went wonderfully. Placed my order online and was ready when I arrived 10 minutes later. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will be returning and recommending to friends.

Really nice and clean location!

Today I picked up for the second time here, the service has been great. Staff is friendly and accommodating, I live close to 40 minutes away (the dispensaries near me are either medical only or always out of stuff). I placed my order this morning right at 10am online and it was ready within minutes. They message you when everything’s ready and give you a time frame to stop in and pick everything up. I was unable to make it to the time frame given since I live over 30 min away. I asked if I could be there a bit later and it was no issue at all.

Staff was friendly but product (G Wagon live sugar) was garbage. Was not the same amount that the other concentrate was and when Ireached out, I was ignored and not given recourse. Will NOT be using MedMen ever again. This is the second time I bought from them and the second time I was disappointed. Especially given I took a special trip just to go there. Go to greenhouse or somewhere better.

Terrible service, mean employees, they made me feel like spending my hard-earned money there was a huge inconvenience for them. They wrangle you in some parking garage before you enter too, very strange. I will make sure that I tell my friends NOT to go here. Other dispensaries provide great customer service and are extremely friendly. I suggest this location of bafoon salesmen does the same.

A group of great people staff this dispensary. They have lots of inventory and the staff is very knowledgeable. I love this place.

customer service is crazy good, the employees make me feel very welcome and are both friendly & efficient. This is about the 3rd or 4th time I've bought products from here and it's the only place I'll go because the quality of their edibles is great and the people keep me coming back! I also really appreciate the precautions they've taken with covid, they've done a wonderful job.

Online ordering appears to broken for the last 2 days. I've tried different browsers/computer/phone. None appear to work. I see that online ordering works for other locations.

quick, easy, and friendly service. the way pickup was structured made social distancing easy. i really liked that the checkout person showed me each item in my bag so i wasn't picking up blind. there's free parking in the same building and it's a short walk from the purple line. i will 100% be going back!!

Great experience. Ordered online for recreational. Got a text confirming my order was ready. Line was short. Waited 15 mins. Six feet apart. Clearly marked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Picked up my product. Went home. Got high. There's nothing I would change about the experience. Thanks, MedMen.
