The man at the front door was terrible. He needs to get another job, where he clearly doesn’t scare you. Angry and intimidating.
I’ll never go back and it’s a shame. I used to go, the the last time for me.
This place is absolutely amazing. The staff is always the best and really know how to take care of their patients and are very knowledgable as well. The rewards system is always a plus and the they offer deals pretty often and their prices are always great. I’ve been a member at other dispensaries and it took a little comparing and contrasting other dispensaries before i concluded that this place is the best spot for me and any one who lives in the skokie/Evanston or north side chicago/near north chicago area. If and when I ever decide to move away from the chicago-land area, I will always have to hold a very special place for the- evanston dispensary and the awesome staff that makes that place so special in my heart. I like the courtesy and professionalism exhibited by each of the folks with whom I interact, beginning and ending with the security personnel who hold the door. I also appreciate the sensitivity to our current pandemic, maintaining the required social distance with a smile.
Everyone has been so helpful… To name a few Christian, Jesse, I’m sorry but I forgot her name but she’s help me a couple times and she has short blue, lol. Anyway I was suffering city with my house out in LA, and when I came to this realization at the end of January I went to the MedMen in Evanston and Christian was so helpful and to this day I have gained 30 pounds and I am doing much better thanks to madman and everyone on your staff. I owe my life to you.
If there have to be long lines and corona induced precautions this is the way to do it. From the security staff outside to the staff greeting customers inside to the counter staff, everyone was well organized and clearly well trained.
The online ordering is the best and should continue after the pandemic! For now they were really great at keeping us 6 feet apart and the wait time was short to pick up your order. They ID twice without touching my license and the staff is pleasant and helpful. Hopefully the on line continues as the wait time it much shorter and Medmen can serve more customers!
I appreciate the entire experience of Medmen, top shelf cannabis and great service, especially from one of the budtenders named Ricky. He was incredibly informative on what strains would help with my insomnia and so far he has been right.
The line today was brutal...some people in line think 20 feet apart is ok...this made the line extra tedious...the security staff were super friendly as usual, and when I made it inside, everything was ready...I always order at 10am online, and haven't been dissapointed.
