The man at the front door was terrible. He needs to get another job, where he clearly doesn’t scare you. Angry and intimidating.
I’ll never go back and it’s a shame. I used to go, the the last time for me.
Got a text when my “order was ready”. Showed up and I would have had to wait in line for over an hour with SO many people in line. Most were 6 feet apart, but not all. Plus, there were more than 10 people stuffed in the elevator parking garage. Decided it was not worth risking our health or time and did not wait in line. They need to figure out a better and safer system :(

I ordered on line. Came to pick up order.
After checking in I was directed to an outdoor line that extended into a parking garage. We were directed to stand 6 feet apart. We were called in by groups of 3-5 at a time. Tape markings on the floor directed us where to stand. In the final room, where I made my purchase, staff were quick and efficient. They all had on gloves.
Well organized, my order was ready fast! The wait in line took about 45 minutes from arrival to completed transaction. Not bad considering the safety precautions in place.
I appreciate the entire experience of Medmen, top shelf cannabis and great service, especially from one of the budtenders named Ricky. He was incredibly informative on what strains would help with my insomnia and so far he has been right.
Great experience. Ordered online for recreational. Got a text confirming my order was ready. Line was short. Waited 15 mins. Six feet apart. Clearly marked. Staff was friendly and helpful. Picked up my product. Went home. Got high. There's nothing I would change about the experience. Thanks, MedMen.
Plenty of common-sense safeguards in place, except that greeter was not wearing a mask when he spoke to me, while standing so close to the entry door that we were f2f immediately upon entering: a bit too casual an attitude abt safe-space for my taste.
Going in, Rachel greeted me warmly, and we chatted animatedly while we looked for the correct online order I had entered. Rachel seems new to MedMen, but is enthusiastic, sensible, efficient, and even funny! I really ❤️ MedMen because they really seem to take their role as business operators with a sense of pride, and they keep prices competitive, while carrying brands I like.
The line today was brutal...some people in line think 20 feet apart is ok...this made the line extra tedious...the security staff were super friendly as usual, and when I made it inside, everything was ready...I always order at 10am online, and haven't been dissapointed.
I ordered online and the order was ready in 10 minutes. The line was super short and moved promptly. They had my bag ready to go when I arrived and they even took a credit card. Best dispensary experience in Illinois so far.
I lived in Colorado for some time so I’m seasoned to their dispensaries. This location upheld my expectations. You could tell the man who was directing people to get in line was stressed out which made him come off as cold, this is my only negative review of MedMen. Jim helped me with my order and was absolutely amazing! I will be coming back just for him!
Great people, friendly and knowledgeable. Since demand is high they may not have flower or other things they usually carry, so you may need to keep checking
