I have been here twice now, and am blown away by the service and quality. Admittedly, it's been 20 years since I was in the game, back in high school basically. Thanks to career planning and path- this was a part of my life I had to give up. Medical conditions having worsened to the point where it was chemical drugs or this; and I chose MMJ. My first visit there, Tyler spent as much time as I needed answering questions about strains and ways to medicate etc. My budtender, it was also his first day but I forget his name, was also as patient as necessary, happy to give opinions and advice as necessary. Even though it was a Friday night, I think start to finish I was out of there in about an hour or hour and a half. Most of that time was spent with Tyler. The next morning, Saturday, the menu had changed. Plus, some things I'd be interested in and had run out the night before were back in stock. This time I went in and did an express order. I think I was still in and out in less than half an hour. Overall, I'm impressed and happy. I'll be happy when they offer more edibles and tinctures, but I know that takes time due to the way the laws are written in MA. Thanks guys!!

my first dispensary visit ever. I live 20 min for another dispensary but I wanted to be treated like a patient and not have to wait in line outside. so I took the 2 hr 15 min ride to N.E.T.A and I was not disappointed,Got the Chemdog,Domnesia and Dela Haze vape cartridges..very impressed and will be a frequent customer when the Brookline Ma. location open..highly recommended

Excellent product. Efficient and thorough patient support. It’s remarkably efficient to move through the parking lot and purchasing traffic as a patient. The most careful about Covid-19 precautions that I’ve experienced. Staff is always lovely and service is excellent. Thank you!

I think that NETA does an amazing job with their service. The clerks are all knowledgeable and have a ton of patience! The environment is warm, inviting and comfortable unlike the other in-state dispensaries. However, their flower is very low THC and very, very brittle. They do have high CBD strains which is good, but if you really want the THC to help with depression, look elsewhere.

Got in line Sunday morning, about an hour before opening. The line was shorter than we'd seen it. Very friendly people in line, the wait was no problem. Upon entering, I was very impressed with the overall look and professionalism. We were very quickly ushered to a cashier who patiently answered our many questions. Bought a vape and some edibles. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to coming back.

The line moved very fast because they are organized and have a full staff. the atmosphere is awesome they had free apples and nice music playing.

This place used to be a decent dispensary. As of late, however, they have SEVERELY declined. They seem to only be able to stock the same 3-4 strains. They also have apparently had some stock issues, as they have imposed heavy restrictions on how much can be purchased in a given visit do to a self-admitted lack of flower available. There is little to no variety, and for recreational adult use, the purchase restrictions imposed due to stock issues does not bode well for NETA’s reputation in the area. Hopefully they can get it together, it’s a shame, because I used to enjoy this place.

I've been a regular customer since 2016 and have come to the realization this isn't the same company it once was. A solid 50% of the time I'm disappointed with my purchase. The descriptions and THC content of the flower are completely bogus, why am I paying a premium for cannabis that is dry, tastes like hay and is about as potent as Mexican dirt weed from the 80's. There are half a dozen dispensaries in my town, no need to travel all the way to Noho just to get burned.

99% of the time I smoke vapes and Apex is top notch! Smooth, no harsh throat hit and a nice clean high. I will admit Apex is a lot more expensive than buying cartridges black market but the quality is worth the money. I tried the Rempen and while it got me high, the harshness on the inhale was enough to ensure I’ll never buy rempen again. NETA and APEX have spoiled me and I will only be buying my cartridges at NETA moving forward!

Fantastic place, great people, and products are fantastic

I've been here a few times and it is always an enjoyable experience considering. Waiting in line is never fun but everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes you don't have to wait but right after 5pm is a busy time. I had my vape pen break and live an hour away so I called and they overnighted me a new one for free. No complaints here.

the first day this place opened i as a patient waiting in a line for over 2 hrs to get cannabis to help my pain, the staff is awesome and the products are good and helpful..

I been visiting this location since my return to the east coast in 2019. I absolutely loved their first round of pre roll deals in 2019. I have loved every release and every new chocolate bar they have offered. While they dont offer any out of state or vet discounts, I have always found their bud to be of high quality and worth the price asked. I don't mind the long waits up front becuase I know the staff is doing a great job inside hustling those orders. I have always found the local police to be super helpful and kind with the constant traffic jams. As a vet with PTSD and anxiety and lax laws on cannabis it really eases my mind to visit this location and head back to my hotel for a "stay-acation." They accept debit with a fee. They have a great two line system for med / rec customers. I love the customer service and they always give me their attention to detail and I appreciate that greatly.

They are always good at NETA. Everything is run efficient and works are nice and knowledgeable for the most part.

For any medical patients in the area (even if you’re not, make the trip- worth it), this is the dispensary to go to. I have been greeted every single time I go here by a knowledgeable staff member who is there to help suit your needs. I have called this dispensary many times, with different questions, and have always gotten a response that was extremely friendly. The bud is top notch, the prices can be somewhat high SOMEtimes (I find them to be average)- but I have not had one batch of bad bud to date, and I’ve been coming here for months (daily customer at that). Although the parking for NETA can seem a little daunting, it is all controlled by police officers who are good at directing where to go IF there is even a need to go to additional parking. Always spots reserved for med patients - I’ve never ever had to go to the additional parking lots. I literally love the staff at NETA Northampton- EVERY SINGLE time I am in here I stress that to them! They have made my experience as a MMJ holder amazing, thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
