NETA - Northampton (Rec)

I visited NETA in Northampton, MA in the spring of 2019. I ordered some prerolls and gummies through the website and had an email that they were ready for pickup in 30 minutes. All products were great quality and the line was only a 5 minute wait. Overall, a great experience and I'll be sure to stop by here the next time I'm in town!

This place used to be a decent dispensary. As of late, however, they have SEVERELY declined. They seem to only be able to stock the same 3-4 strains. They also have apparently had some stock issues, as they have imposed heavy restrictions on how much can be purchased in a given visit do to a self-admitted lack of flower available. There is little to no variety, and for recreational adult use, the purchase restrictions imposed due to stock issues does not bode well for NETA’s reputation in the area. Hopefully they can get it together, it’s a shame, because I used to enjoy this place.

I love the location, discrete and fuctional. Parking is generally good. Professional staff. Wishing for more variety in choice of flower. Deals should be offered with purchase of weight.

The flower was scraggly fluff buds with tons of chaff some was over dry the limited strains they had all smelled and pretty much looked the same , the "fresh batch" that was brought to the floor as I was being served had an air of freshly mowed lawn or wet heigh. I purchased a rempen and am not disappointed with that, however there is definitely something off with the 10mg thc capsules I took 2 waited two hours took another two waited an hour and ended up taking a fifth and still had no noticeable affect. Drove from New Haven CT 1.5 hrs and was not greeted at all by anybody as I walked in. NO hello, no welcome,no wave,no directions as to medical on one side and recreational on other. Then we were greeted by Anthony which was very nice and helpful. But as we left we also got no lost as to what exit to use and staff continued to stand there with there heads down. Hi I been visiting since Dec. Very friendly staff ,my only problem is i been watching what Boston has on it,s menu and it seem,s they are getting the higher thc in there products in the indica area. I seen boston had Platinum bubba kush plus gorilla glue4 in the last 3 weeks . been waiting to see then in northampton. Plus in boston there average the has been higher in the ,just look at walker kush . When will Northampton be getting some higher thc in the indica area ?

DO NOT BUY PREROLLS, THEY WILL CANOE. This dispensary has good flower, but you're wasting your money on prerolls. After calling, they blamed the paper, the packing, and the lighting. Two of those are on them. It happens at this dispensary more than any other in Western Mass. DON'T BUY THEIR PREROLLS. THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO ROLL.

99% of the time I smoke vapes and Apex is top notch! Smooth, no harsh throat hit and a nice clean high. I will admit Apex is a lot more expensive than buying cartridges black market but the quality is worth the money. I tried the Rempen and while it got me high, the harshness on the inhale was enough to ensure I’ll never buy rempen again. NETA and APEX have spoiled me and I will only be buying my cartridges at NETA moving forward!

Excellent product. Efficient and thorough patient support. It’s remarkably efficient to move through the parking lot and purchasing traffic as a patient. The most careful about Covid-19 precautions that I’ve experienced. Staff is always lovely and service is excellent. Thank you!

Walked in nervous, as is with every new place I go. Was greeted with smiling faces and courtesy which relaxed my anxiety to a decent level. All my questions and concerns were addressed and everyone(patients included) were extremely friendly. The tender I spoke with was pleasant, knowledgeable, empathetic and professional. I left satisfied and with a feeling of lightheartedness. I like the feeling of safety and community in there. The vibe of NETA Northampton is very good. The product I looked at was very well manicured and highly satisfactory. Once one walks in they are greeted with a swirl of cannabis odor which is, in my experience, a pleasant floral scent that is aromatherpeutic. To me anyway! I am very pleased to have made NETA Northampton my first dispensary experience.

Ok I am 64 and I have not bought pot for over 30 years! WOW this is what it is supposed to be like. Exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. The young woman at the front desk was incredible. Such energy and attention detail. My budtender was great. I ended up buying a gram of 7 different strains, a pre roll and an edible. They gave me a $49 discount, without me even needing to bring it up, because I was a first time patron. The pricing structure seemed fair. At first I was turned off by their highly manicured buds but once I saw up close I realized this meant much less stem. YEAH!! Great experience. I wonder if the hostess would like to have dinner with an older man? Hmmmm?

Got in line Sunday morning, about an hour before opening. The line was shorter than we'd seen it. Very friendly people in line, the wait was no problem. Upon entering, I was very impressed with the overall look and professionalism. We were very quickly ushered to a cashier who patiently answered our many questions. Bought a vape and some edibles. Overall, a great experience and I look forward to coming back.

It was good to see that you guys were offering a deal on the walker kush! Hope that happens again lol. Also great job with the new strains, it's amazing how fast ithey go! You gotta be really close by or really lucky to get the new strains it's just the nature of the business.

Picked up a few grams of the Lee Roy and Bruce Banner wax recently from NETA Northampton. Great quality, exceptional service but BEST to get there early as possible as lines do pickup during day esp on weekends. Will be back when in the area 😊

We placed our order online and received an email notification within minutes that our order was ready for pickup. When we arrived there was a line of at least 70 or so people in queue. We were able to go to the online pickup line and waited less than 5 minutes outside and about 1 minute inside and we were out the door. Product was great we bought GG#4 it is outstanding. We also purchased Sweet Tooth, which we haven't had time to try yet. I hope they decide to carry G13 Hashplant, which is our favorite. Overall a great experience and the staff were outstanding. The no wait in line made the 1 1/2 hour ride worth it. We have spent more time in line at other MA recreational spots than what it took to drive here and get back home.

Great location, can get ridiculously busy at times. Use the buy-ahead. Worth it.

For any medical patients in the area (even if you’re not, make the trip- worth it), this is the dispensary to go to. I have been greeted every single time I go here by a knowledgeable staff member who is there to help suit your needs. I have called this dispensary many times, with different questions, and have always gotten a response that was extremely friendly. The bud is top notch, the prices can be somewhat high SOMEtimes (I find them to be average)- but I have not had one batch of bad bud to date, and I’ve been coming here for months (daily customer at that). Although the parking for NETA can seem a little daunting, it is all controlled by police officers who are good at directing where to go IF there is even a need to go to additional parking. Always spots reserved for med patients - I’ve never ever had to go to the additional parking lots. I literally love the staff at NETA Northampton- EVERY SINGLE time I am in here I stress that to them! They have made my experience as a MMJ holder amazing, thank you thank you thank you!!!!!
