Had been a regular customer until last visit. Once AGAIN they had a "misprint" on their daily ad. So they DID NOT honor the ad price, AGAIN.... It was only noon also and I was told that they only had ONE left...AGAIN... The staff member helping me told me " the price is $xx, not $4xx. We only have one left. If you don't want to pay $xxx, then I'll just sell it to the next guy that comes in, your choice. Do you want it or not?" Really made me feel like my loyalty wasn't valued AT ALL. Also want to know who the ad writer is sleeping with there cuz anyone else would have been fired by now having so many pricing mistakes costing their bottom line and not lining the pockets of owner or employees. It is a daily occurrence with Misprinted pricing and they are not honoring their ads. It seems like no matter what time of day I stop in from Dawn til dark... I'm ALWAYS getting the "last one". With this last experience the staff being rude, not honoring their ad price and telling me to pay the higher price or get out of their store so they can sell it to the next guy that walks in, well it looks like I won't be going back anytime soon. I will also be sure to yell from every rooftop in the Valley about my experience. Won't be driving 10 miles out of my way anymore. H4L store a mile closer to me(Crimson/Main) and they offer better prices, consistency, have sale items in stock and staff always bring integrity and knowledge to their customer. You have been warned! Funny thing about owning a business. If they don't back their ads, how can they back their product? And staff attitude like that makes you wonder if that same care is present back to the production line. Oh wow, we only have one of these bit need 3 to make the product, nobody will miss it. If the consumer notices and complains I'll just tell them to leave. Very disappointed. Spreading the word like wildfire.

Security on duty is trying to make everyone whos checked in wait in the lobby ... When i said its to crowded and i will wait out side .. He threatened me that i may not get my medicine .. Hes telling people they cant come out once checked in ... His name is .... Would not give his name ... The over weight east coast older security ... When asked for his name ... He said would not give ..and if i keep it up i will never be allowed here again . .. Worst security guard ever . worst waiting set up ever . luckily i got Amber to call me back and like usual i was taken care of properly once back ... Staff shows and gets nothing but love ... Soo far .. All other security has tooo ... Not this time .. Disappointed tonight... Almost made me leave ... But i couldnt let his saltyness rep the nirvana i know ... Stay Blazed !

I haven't been there in a year because of the last bad experience I had, but after a friend told me about the special they had I decided to give them another chance. Even found the special on their website. When I got there the girl looked at me like I was crazy when I told her what special I wanted Even pulled up their website and showed them, but they wouldn't honor it even though it was on their website. So I left I and will definitely not be going back.

For the second time now my order has been lost or misplaced. The first time I did it through their website and was told sometimes they don’t get orders coming through that way and the best way to do it is Leafly. So this time I did. I ordered at 8:15am, received confirmation that my order was ready at 10:02am. I went to the shop at 5pm and they didn’t have it or find it at all. The excuse I got was “someone from the morning shift must have just hit the button that they did it but we can’t find it.” So I ended up with only one of the three things I ordered. I understand I’m heated about it right now, but now having it happen twice to me is unacceptable and I hope this issue is addressed.

Horrible. The pickup process is not good. Watching them forget about you and never call your name is frustrating. I'll only come back for bogo. h4l is better and Sticky Saguaro leaves you guys in the dust.

Cool place. Great selection. I tried to get two stiiizy batteries on bogo, and they only had one. Couldnt give me a different color to just make it right. So I only got one battery on a bogo. Kind of disappointing. This might make me choose another spot.

I have epilepsy and I bring my Shih Tzu with me who is my service dog, and it feels so good to have people love on him and not give me any grief about having him in the store. Also since I have epilepsy there’s some strains that I cannot have and the staff always works with me and spends as much as amount of time that I need in order to get the products that I need. Nirvana is the only Dispensary for me thank you guys so much.

I come here for my medical needs and questions. The budtender does a great job not only taking the time to help, but also answering any and all of my questions. Please if you ever have any doubt, come here, they will help you ^_^

What a crazy day at the AJ store yesterday. Happy Anniversary Nirvana ! Great deals and vendors on site. The line was around the block for all of the specials. They got everyone in and out quickly it reminded me of the first day of recreational sales. Thank you!

I come to the Apache location almost daily, as I really enjoy their theirs deals on flower. I enjoy most of the staff and always feel welcomed. A few of the new budtenders are a dope addition like Jena and a few others.

New location by my house. Great prices with lots of freebies your first 5 visits. I’ll be going back soon.

I don't see any other way to contact you on your website so I you guys read this. I will say there was a lot of product when I checked out this location. The budtender was friendly and well informed. However, since there is zero information on your website as to THC/CBD levels, nor is there any on leafly, I probably will not be back, simply because as a consumer I like to know as much information as possible before I make my selections. As a medicinal patient, I like to be informed as possible about the medicine I am consuming. Also there is a discrepancy in regard to a particular strain that you guys carry at another discrepancy. It is listed as an Indica on your website, but on the other, it is a Sativa... I would definitely come back if there were more information given. Until that time though, I have to go where I know exactly what I am getting beforehand.

went and got venom extracts sativa shater Jack herer. im beyond pissed this shit tastes burnt it do not taste right very harsh and gross tasting!!! i took one dab out of it and i honestly want to through it away but this shit was $25 im beyond pissed about this!!!

This location in Apache Junction is by far one of the more superior dispensaries in the valley. The prices include tax and they are the cheapest around. I have always been satisfied with the deals, service, and product from here.
