Nirvana has some of my all time favorite edible prices! I'm a big fan of the caramel chews they offer. Plus they have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff, which makes the whole process very easy!

I'm only doing this for a free pre roll hard times calls for drastic measures.

I like the product and deals but this one dude with Afro curls idk his name but looks like Finn form stats wars sequels but had a green mask , that dude was ass at bud tending idk if he anted you leave already but my dude couldn’t talk or speak up or talk properly at that. Make him do the pre rolls in the back or something. I didn’t even say yank you to the fool. Change up nirvana Phoenix !

Placed an online order and people who can in after me were seen first. My order was wrong and when asked why my items were not there i was Responded to with ‘that’s all we got’. Will totally be my last time visiting

unprofessional envoirment that leads to mistakes. dont leaves reviews much but my experience here mutiple times have been horrible.

Odered online waited an hour still no Text arrived at location, waited 40 min and got skipped twice, always getting skipped probably the 3rd time and the this nirvana

today I was 3rd in line and walked in at 8 a.m but waited over 35 minutes to be called to the back as people passed me. They need to do a better job at scanning the id's this is the second time this happened. Other then that everything has been a good experience.

In my opinion this is the worse dispensary in the Valley. No real point of preordering bc they wait till you check in to fill your order. I won't be back, I'd rather pay for convenience.. Herbal Wellness or Urban Green house I'm in and out.. Same amount of ppl, same deals at all 3 places and I guarantee that you'll spend half your day at Nirvana 👎🏿👎🏿I've tested for my self..

I am typically very happy with the service and deals. But unfortunately it appears that the hiring standards have dropped. My last visit was only my 2nd call in order and was a complete mess when I arrived. Instead of trying to fix the problem or find some way to make things right they dismissed me and made no effort to apologize. The unprofessional crass attitude of your employees reflects badly on nirvana as a company.

Decided to pick up some of the $17 eighths this morning. Buds were very dry & didn't get me very high. I guess you can expect too much from a $17 eighth but still very disappointed. :(

well first impression was pretty nice and clean..no wait at all got in quick. then the door opened and i get called and head in..no greeting from the budtender. he did not welcome me in. all he said was flower, concentrate, or edible. not what is my ailments and how can we be of assistance. i felt like i was rushed and they wanted my money. so i brush it off and say flower. he then leads me to the flowers and i ask where are your sativas and all he gives me was two types. one low dollar and one high dollar..then you cant really see the buds unless u open the lids. the labels are in the way..stupid i say..so the budtender just stands there and not say nothing, so finally i just got some crap weed called qrazy train and left.. that place is crap

So first time in. As someone who works in the industry where we deal with CDC guidelines and social distancing, I was very disappointed in how they let so many people in the lobby at once. No spaces between the chairs. Kinda concerning since Covid is still a big thing. Although the DA who helped me was super helpful. She should have been wearing her mask properly No let’s talk about your online order process with rosin? Why would I order something that should be kept cold. Come in for it a couple hours later and it be just sitting at room temp for hours. That’s not cool. I hope you don’t do that for everyone. But props to my DA who helped me out and grabbed me a fresh one without me even saying anything cuz that was gonna be my first question Overall. Impressed. Little things can be fixed. Hopefully they read this and button up a bit. They still offer medical deals and an industry discount and have a good selection of stuff. I was in and out in under 40 mins. I’ve def seen wait times longer all over the valley lately with some places only using one line Stay safe out there

The dispensary didnt have any Nirvana logos outside the building

This place has gone downhill. Notice shatter was always $20 but now they're asking 25 and copper state cartridge is always so for $25 now they want 30. For $25 car and a $20 grammar shatter I should have been at $45 48 with tax. I have plenty of money left over with $60 to be O to get me a $12 preroll or even a gram of flower. Recreational made this place even worse because they hike the price up for their low quality products. I recommend for everyone tonight go here because you're over pain for low budget product one before a used to be price decent
