my WORST dispensary visit, was here, on 4/20. what a shame. Nirvana consistently has good meds, and usually the service is helpful. My last visit, on 4/20, fell FAR short. some things, such as the 4.5hr wait, were out of their control due to the holiday. The service was HORRIBLE. Not helpful or knowledable in the least he could not be bothered to check the actual prices of cartridges. when asked what a brands price was he would reply, "it's like $39., all the cartridges are like $39". Having spent the last 4.5 hrs looking on my phone at menu prices, i knew this was not true, there was at least two brands at $32. I asked if I could look at the prices with my phone on Leafly, he said I would have to step outside and lose my place in line. I did not leave with a single product I came for, as I asked for it. I missed half my work day and got little more on my"420 DEALS", than I could get on any other day with 30 min of Leafly research. I'm hoping this is a singular experience here. can

Very friendly staff, great medicine, security guy sprinted out the door and stopped the perpetrator from hit and run(ing) my car he stopped the vehicle before it was able to leave the parking lot and also took care of the information exchange wonderfully and I was able to continue shopping while he verified phone numbers and copied registration/insurance information. He is definitely the MVP!

I love coming to Nirvana because they always have great products and service to look forward to. The wait is never too bad especially because of their amazing waiting room.

My first visit was pretty decent. I was a little confused by the manner in which they explained there new patient specials. Nevertheless, the budtender was incredibly helpful and patient. He even let me sniff the jar before he weighed me out. I had the most gorgoues looking buds ever! It was truly amazing enough for me to visit a second time. The second time, I had a different budtender who was incredibly short and apathetic. She had no interests in letting me sniff the big jar, instead she offered to "woft" the smell from the big jar. To add insult to injury, my half ounce was filled with popcorn size nugs and stems! I felt very horrible when I got home and looked at what $80 purchased me from that particular budtender. I will shop there one more time, but I will not allow that particular budtender to service me again. I felt more like a customer at McDonald's than a patient at a respectable dispensary.

Always love this place and he deals. Great staff, great products all around. Try the pucks they’re fire if you like edibles. Try vanilla bean (I) or double tangle banana (s). I’m not really into hybrids for personal choice but I bet those are fire too. Gotta try this place over and over again.
