Great prices but you get what you pay for. Not very disabled friendly at all more about the sale than the patient. I had been a regular but not anymore wait times are insane and never able to park in disabled parking and very hard to get a seat. This is more for recreation users.
First time buying flower from this location myself and I’m extremely dissapointed. I bought two eighths of Lemon skunk from Tierra grow and was horribly dissapointed for the quality at 45$ an eighth. Your company seriously needs to train your bud tenders on what should be priced at what price point and what’s acceptable and not. I bought this because I’ve had the same strain from the same company and enjoyed it more than a good amount of flower I’ve had this summer. But this batch was not it. Would not pay more than maybe 25 an eighth probably 20 max. Your company should have a policy of “would I buy that eighth or that flower? “ it would be good if your bud tenders were intrpening certified by the trichome institute. And shouldn’t charge 45 just because that’s what you charged for the same strain from the same cultivator in the past
I don’t know what to say though heavily disappointed by the flower for the price. Same story when I went to nirvana Tempe and got a 45$ and a 50$ eighth. My wife has gone here for years so I know you guys used to have really good flower and even flower that smelt good for your cheap bulk ounces. I think money’s too much of a priority in the medical market right now. Lots of greedy companies charging too much for medicine that’s not up to quality and I was really hoping Nirvana wouldn’t be like that now. I don’t know. I think I’m going to be sticking to buying flower from health for life on fridays because the purchase I made from them was one of the few that I’ve been satisfied with since the pandemic started

the atmosphere is good but I've been here two times and I've ordered twice through Leafly and both times when I went to go pick it up they switch it out for something else when I order on budline it's supposed to be reserved for me they told me that when you ordered on bud line that is not reserved for you it is first come first serve and that is not how the budline works I know how it works so unfortunately I will not be returning to this place

This is definitely a one stop shop, its very user friendly as well. There is no confusion regarding prices or tier, which is great. Wait time is minimal, staff is super knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I wasn't too hyped on the product, its ok. I found 6 seeds in two 1/8ths. So maybe I got a less than awesome batch?
Wow terrible once again. Just got a 2 gram eighth. Always had problem with service. Nobody there today and I wonder why?🤔
I would recommend nirvana more often but they have the worst budtender. I have literally had the worst experience the last three times and this time was enough. Not worth the shitty attitude people that you have to deal with.

Awful waste of time, bring your business elsewhere. Placed an online order and they would not confirm it for pickup despite allowing walk ins to continue going in. Sat in the lobby for another 30 minutes before leaving empty handed. Won't be bringing my business back here what a waste of time and a joke of a dispensary. Customer service is non existent if you're med you get shafted.

Wonderful place 1st time there was amazing! Got assisted by Mark and he provided me with educational material which was a first out of 3 dispensaries.. He guided me to the best meds and hand picked the best buds for me how cool is tht!

Terrible selection. Maybe because I went on a Saturday but I was new patient and walked out with nothing. Awful location and had to wait in lobby for close to half an hour. Will not be returning

I cant believe you guys closed down the thunderbird location... I’m having a really hard time finding good flower for a decent price now😢
Less stems please ‼️🗣 I shop here at least once a week and I’ve been seeing about 1/4 oz of stems per oz👎🏽

Rapidly went from my favorite dispensary to my least favorite in the matter of 24 hours. After 3 fruitless visits between yesterday and today, idk if I even want to try and go back. Apparently their Glendale location is having issues which is what’s causing their Phoenix location to become overrun and unable to serve their regulars, which sucks all the way around I guess. But apparently they opened a new location in Globe today so hooray (sarcasm). Maybe they should focus on maintaining their current locations instead of stretching themselves too thin.

This location is awesome! I was looking for a specialty item (electric grinder) and since they own a smoke shop too they are going to special order me one!! Super above and Beyond!! Much appreciated! There staff is friendly and the flower is great!
Just want to say thank you guys for making it easier to find out what my allotment is without calling in and say do I have this or do I have that I know when it’s coming now from the new skillet you guys put on thank you so much you made everything so much easier. By the way just in case I don’t get in there Wednesday happy birthday you know who I’m talking about happy birthday Miss 27. once again thank you all all the bar bud tenders managers thank you guys.

came here at 8:45. waited an hour n 15 minutes to get my stuff in n im told that I cant get my 1st time patient on potent planet. which was what I was wanting. and I had 2 other people come in after I did n left before me.
I go to Nirvana every single Monday and spend at minimum 200$ per visit, most visits I’m dropping upwards of about 300$ per week. Usually it’s a great, quick experience with very pleasant bud tenders. I’ve been coming here for about 2 years. Usually when I go in after placing a Leafly order, the budtender will go over my order with me 1 by 1 and the ring me out to make sure that my order is correct. Tonight I had Eddie E. As my budtender and I had the worst experience I have ever had in my life at a dispensary and I’ve been to a lot across AZ. He called me back, and he already had my meds packed up. He gave me the total and pretty much rushed me to pay without going over ANY of my meds and actually “patted” himself on the back for having my order and discounts ready before I even went back there. Being rushed and flustered I paid but when I realized that the amount of items he said didn’t match what I ordered and what I am paying I tried to nicely tell him and asked him if we could go over my bag of meds because I think something is off. Well the second I asked for this and since I had already paid, his mood toward me switched instantly and he started being incredibly rude to me. He refuses to go over my bag of meds with me he wouldn’t even open it since he already had it staples before I ever saw what went into the bag. He said that if I wanted to “add” something that I would have to go and wait behind another 20 people in order to do so. I told him I didn’t want to add anything, I just wanted to get what I paid for. He still refused to verify my meds with me! (This makes me think that he knew my meds were shorted and didn’t want to open the bag in the store for me to find out and that’s why he was so set on getting me to walk out of the dispo with the bag without letting me see inside with him there as a witness. If I would’ve walked outside and tried to come back in and told them my meds were missing I would’ve been even more SOL). Well since he refused multiple times to verify my meds with me, I told him I didn’t want anything anymore and just give me a refund please. He told me no! He said i couldn’t get a refund that they do not offer refunds even though he literally just handed me the bag and just took my money seconds ago. Finally he lets me talk to a manager who was great to deal with and calmed me down right away! She went over my bag with me and what do you know! I was missing 2 x 50$ grams of Shango and Highgrade Concentrates. She made it right of course, but this was still the worse dispo visit ever. If you ever get Eddie E at Nirvana, make him check your meds before you give him any money no matter what he says. I think he is trying to pull one over on the customers and Nirvana.
