I have been here several times and the quality and service has progressively gotten worse. Waited over 30 minutes without view of a menu and then was told to hurry up as I am looking to see what they have. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Wack products and customer service . Gone here a few time but probably not again . They constantly mess up orders and don’t even bother to call to inform you if a product you PRE ORDERED isn’t available AFTER You got a notification that’s stated it’s ready for pick up isn’t. They also tried to sell me a brown 1/2 Oz . Wouldn’t recommend .

I called in a order verified that they had the product and showed up 5 mins later just to be told that they didn't have that product eben though it was on leafly and on their screen as an available product. And to add insult to injury the staff was pretty nonchalant about it and didn't care that someone in their office provided me with false information
I loved this place but lately I have been pre-order my stuff and flower has been a lot of stems in my 1/8s. I've not been satisfied and when you call them about their sale..they want no responsibility for the stems even when if is horrible and a half a gram or an grama short of the products that are just stems. They don't even give you anything. They are suppose to be deli style for that won't happen! You would think they would be more professional and actually sell you flower instead of stems. Especially being a professional environment you expect to get the product you are looking for not stems. I guess they include flower and Stems all together to equal your 3.5 so even if you don't get 3.5 of flower , your stems is your flower even though it's not smokable!!!!

Great prices but you get what you pay for. Not very disabled friendly at all more about the sale than the patient. I had been a regular but not anymore wait times are insane and never able to park in disabled parking and very hard to get a seat. This is more for recreation users.
First time buying flower from this location myself and I’m extremely dissapointed. I bought two eighths of Lemon skunk from Tierra grow and was horribly dissapointed for the quality at 45$ an eighth. Your company seriously needs to train your bud tenders on what should be priced at what price point and what’s acceptable and not. I bought this because I’ve had the same strain from the same company and enjoyed it more than a good amount of flower I’ve had this summer. But this batch was not it. Would not pay more than maybe 25 an eighth probably 20 max. Your company should have a policy of “would I buy that eighth or that flower? “ it would be good if your bud tenders were intrpening certified by the trichome institute. And shouldn’t charge 45 just because that’s what you charged for the same strain from the same cultivator in the past
I don’t know what to say though heavily disappointed by the flower for the price. Same story when I went to nirvana Tempe and got a 45$ and a 50$ eighth. My wife has gone here for years so I know you guys used to have really good flower and even flower that smelt good for your cheap bulk ounces. I think money’s too much of a priority in the medical market right now. Lots of greedy companies charging too much for medicine that’s not up to quality and I was really hoping Nirvana wouldn’t be like that now. I don’t know. I think I’m going to be sticking to buying flower from health for life on fridays because the purchase I made from them was one of the few that I’ve been satisfied with since the pandemic started

the atmosphere is good but I've been here two times and I've ordered twice through Leafly and both times when I went to go pick it up they switch it out for something else when I order on budline it's supposed to be reserved for me they told me that when you ordered on bud line that is not reserved for you it is first come first serve and that is not how the budline works I know how it works so unfortunately I will not be returning to this place

This is definitely a one stop shop, its very user friendly as well. There is no confusion regarding prices or tier, which is great. Wait time is minimal, staff is super knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I wasn't too hyped on the product, its ok. I found 6 seeds in two 1/8ths. So maybe I got a less than awesome batch?
Wow terrible once again. Just got a 2 gram eighth. Always had problem with service. Nobody there today and I wonder why?🤔
I would recommend nirvana more often but they have the worst budtender. I have literally had the worst experience the last three times and this time was enough. Not worth the shitty attitude people that you have to deal with.

Awful waste of time, bring your business elsewhere. Placed an online order and they would not confirm it for pickup despite allowing walk ins to continue going in. Sat in the lobby for another 30 minutes before leaving empty handed. Won't be bringing my business back here what a waste of time and a joke of a dispensary. Customer service is non existent if you're med you get shafted.

Does not staff a according got the young ladie answering pick up line and checkin. can't call in pickups and wait forever. tried for 3hrs on Tuesday to call in. drove all the way there and they wouldn't place a pickup I had to call. no concern for patients time
Employees are rude when you call and do pick up orders.The manager William has poor management skills and customer service. Not a place you want to give your business.
Text deal was for a preroll with the purchase of an ounce. Didn't honor the deal because its supposed to be in house sales only and I placed a pick up order. Text specifications didn't say there were restrictions, but deal was not honored. Spoke to supervisor and she didn't do anything.

I ordered online for pickup. Waited like 8 mins was just watching the walk ins come and go for a min. Then I questioned why I wasn’t called to the window for pickup . Long story short bad experience ordering online was a joke . Had like 50 employees up in there but unorganized seemed like a college campus. I just wanted to get my product and keep it moving . Maybe next it will be more organized and online ordering customers won’t get lost in the mix …

I have been a patient since 2019. I’ve seen so many changes through out the past couple years that were all mainly pretty positive. I would drive all the way from Mesa to Tempe twice a month for my pick up order. I’m not the savviest with online orders so when I mess them up the bud tender would always help me. Today I drove all the way down there went inside like everything was normal and went to go back when someone came behind me and yelled pick up orders are outside now. I was extremely confused but all of a sudden the cop is standing there staring at me. Made me uncomfortable to the point where I asked if I was even allowed to get the money from the machine. I go back out in 109 degrees to stand in direct hot sunlight. The metal and window was hot as heck. I got nervous and almost dropped over hundred dollars in the wind. If there was a line I would of immediately left. I got lucky cause about 6 people showed up right behind me though. I can not be out in this heat. I will get sick and I’m not waiting in a crowded waiting room either. Since recreational has passed their sight of taking care of the patient has been so lost that they are now making us stand outside in 110 degree weather in direct sun light. Zero shade. Because I’m not good enough for their AC anymore? I can’t even step in the building without feeling like I’m doing something wrong and I’m just pulling out money. This is so wrong. You lost a loyal customer today. Twice a month for 2 1/2 years. This is a deal breaker for me. You have lost sight of the customer base that brought your company to the popularity your at now!!!

Wonderful place 1st time there was amazing! Got assisted by Mark and he provided me with educational material which was a first out of 3 dispensaries.. He guided me to the best meds and hand picked the best buds for me how cool is tht!
