I have been going to NEA since they opened and this us my first time reviewing them, the product is always top notch and the staff knows their stuff. Special thanks to the online team for hooking me up with info about my favorite strain this morning. And special shout for Jeff at the pick up window for making things quick, easy and being super friendly.

My girlfriend and I went to this dispensary for the first time, coming from out of state. The whole process, from parking attendants until checkout, was the most professional. Kirk took care of us and was very knowledgeable, kind, and professional. I have nothing negative to say about the experience at all. He answered all our questions happily and was not pushy about anything and gave his honest and personal opinions. While I haven’t tried the product I purchased yet, I would come back myself and highly recommend this dispensary for their top tier service and professional atmosphere.

The employees are always super friendly and they answer any and all questions you may have. There’s no stupid questions and you don’t feel uncomfortable even asking a bunch of questions. I always meet someone nice to cash me out and take care of me and the last time I was here, the employee Honesty was just perfect. Super nice and super cool name :)

So NE is my typical go to for flower. I have my medical card and I absolutely love how quick and simple it is plus their product are amazing quality. Large variety of weed. I love dealing with Lily, she’s absolutely sweet, informative, and helpful! She has recommended awesome flower to me more than once and she always remembers our previous conversations(I’m kind of a regular lol) which shows how awesome her customer service is!! 12/10 service!

Great place for medical idk about rec but if you don't got your card then your missing out anyway that being said this place is top 5 for sure recommend them to anyone from 20$8ths to cookies to their own strains which I might say are quite good so if your looking for a guarantee go no further

I loved everything about it. Richard F. has been awesome the few times we've done business. He is definitely a credit to your organization. I have almost 50 years in retail sales and management (before my retirement ), and I have, most assuredly, a very keen eye and ear for salespeople/clerks/ and managers and their interactions with customers, including me. After thousands of employees under me, and hundreds of thousands of retail customers, I know people who actually care and those who are bullshit artists! I feel good coming here, and I love the rustic atmosphere in the store. I also compliment you on having adequate staffing the few times I have been there. There is not much worse than getting to a counter to spend my money, and see 35 customers and only 2 clerks to handle it. Again, congratulations to Richard F. Was trying to place an order online when I wasn't sure if it went thru. Started a chat with Victoria who was super helpful. Have never ordered online or even at a dispensary before. Was just looking for "regular" pot to help keep relax. But everything was "fancy" named. I asked for her opinion and she 1st wanted to know if I wanted energy or to relax and she asked about a budget. Told her something small. She was super helpful and was rven patient when I told her it'd be a few minutes because I was driving.
