Cant place my order thru leafly for adult use! Only medical! That needs to be fixed

They need to keep cash pick up!! It’s very convenient for people with a limited free time schedule

Been here plenty of times and it seems to just get worse each time. This is the first time the “limit” was actually enforced and I kindly told them I was all set then and the cashier was not happy. The quality of the bud is bleh. You can buy street weed that’s way better and way cheaper. This is absolutely not worth going to the only reason I do is because it’s on my way home so when I need something it’s convenient. I know multiple people that have quit because of how bad it has gotten and it won’t surprise me when they have to cut their hours. Terrible terrible terrible. Oh and did I mention terrible?

Unnecessary lines. Useless to wait 2 hrs when you could just hire more tellers or literally do anything but make people stand for hours while idiots chit chat. This is an awful place to get bud anywhere else is faster same selection same price..soon as other local stores open this will die fast. People do not like being treated like shit

I really wish they were better at moving customers efficiently. lines for hours and the online ordering is almost never working never allowing you to add product to the cart. Tellers are always super cool and helpful the store its self is nice an the bud is always great. But, you really need to work on getting people in an out within a few mins.

Patriot care has a zero return policy and all buyers should be aware. I ordered a few grams from different strains, and a half gram Vape cartridge. The cartridge was not the model that I had selected in the purchasing option and I was not able to return it for the proper fit. Their mistake, My money :/ decent place for one of the first few dispensaries in Mass. I hope in 10 years dispensaries are a little less and uptight, and we can move to a more relaxed store system.

Can't place an order on-line - website won't put product in cart. Tyngsboro ordering is a BREEZE! Patriot Care/Leafly needs to fix this.

The workers here are nice and pleasant to speak with, however the management must be a group of monkeys. Service is slow, the hours they say they are open is wrong ( I came at 4:30 one time and was told no more customers but they close at 6). They don’t update their site ever, or their social media’s, and good luck calling them. They will waist your time, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

not good, 2nd time I have driven from amesbury MA approximately 35 minutes away only to get turned away by pathetic hired help that has zero information or reasons for explaining why just the recreational gets shut down early with no way to know that, so 2 straight weekends have been ruined by the unprofessional security and the whole organization as far as I'm concerned, you pull in and are just waived off? are you kidding me with this? absolutely garbage

Do you like standing in the cold for 40 minutes only to be told to go back to your car to come back after you’ve placed an order that takes another 40 minutes? This place consistently sucks

We drove up no line, got checked at the door and went in. The man that helped me was rude and unprofessional, I was questioned several times about my order, he couldn’t find it? Said that’s why your not suppose to come in until your order is ready!! It was jerk !! Plus he kept my change from a debt , almost $3 ... crooks!

40 minute wait, slim flower and edible selection, other than that the staff are friendly and is overall comfortable. Would not trust other reviews from leafly.

terrible inventory, lines.

More often then not they are out of flower. Their website says they are open 10am-8pm. But they dont open until 11 and start turning customers away at 6:30 Rude clueless staff and the line hardly ever moves. DO NOT waste your time

First one i went to and best one still. Since going rec its harder to get in . But they have a great recycling program for the bottles and always plenty of product for medical use .

Lines are often long and curbside pickup is hit or miss if you don't reserve fast enough. Staff is great though, and the selection is awesome.

Really good on good day when they have products.

if you want to wait in line for over an hour in the middle of any weekday to get to the counter and find out they don't have any concentrates tan by all means visit this dispensary. I have only had bad experience here the 2 times I came. Never again
