Really good on good day when they have products.

Great spot, my only suggestion is to include a message to new users that the tax is not included on the online bill, that way we can make sure to have the right amount of cash.

Their edible selection is too limited. For me that's a problem. I can't smoke because of lung issues. The customer service was very good.

The only reason I go here Is that it is the only dispensary in the local area. I have to show my ID 3 times as if I'm entering the pentagon. The prices are absolutely outrageous And the mostly friendly service doesn't make up for it. The lines are absolutely absurd. Maybe this place will get their act together once more competition opens up in the area.

Ordered at 9am this morning. Now at 4:20 still haven’t received a confirmation text. Not a single response. Very unprofessional and not impressed at all. They seem like they should stick to offline and stop recreational sales since they can’t seem to keep up. Very frustrating and even if it is the first day open they have had months to prepare. Shouldn’t be a issue.

I place my order online for pickup... pickup is quick and easy.. lady at the desk was very nice and helpful and I will definitely be back!

Best dispensary around. I have been going for 3 years now and I only go to this one, discount, staff is knowledgeable and I recommed Patriot care to anyone for the best flower strains.

They should make it clear on their website & FB page that they close 1hr earlier then their actual operating hours for rec use purchases. the actual posted hours are for medical only. Really frustrating to find this out after driving over an hour to get there. When I finally did make it back another day, they were sold out of all rec flower buds. So only oils and edibles available for purchase. Big disappointment.

Excellent service and product

40 minute wait, slim flower and edible selection, other than that the staff are friendly and is overall comfortable. Would not trust other reviews from leafly.

if you want to wait in line for over an hour in the middle of any weekday to get to the counter and find out they don't have any concentrates tan by all means visit this dispensary. I have only had bad experience here the 2 times I came. Never again

First one i went to and best one still. Since going rec its harder to get in . But they have a great recycling program for the bottles and always plenty of product for medical use .

This stupid place is all about making you wait in line for hours! I have to say this place takes the cake on the poorest customer service throughout all dispensaries in Massachusetts! I thought this place got their shit together and improved and figured it out! unfortunately they could care less about you and their customers! And will forever force you to wait in the line guys freaking corona right let’s make a line! So I got a new one today I did my pre-order online as well as normal after corona right pre-order this place never have pre-orders before corona so today I got an interesting text message if you’re paying cash do you have to wait in line if you’re paying debit card we can come out with a machine can you don’t have to wait in line! So what you’re saying is that if I pay you three dollar processing fee for my debit card ATM transaction, you don’t have to wait inline, was about your freak pre-order shit what’s the whole point of pre-order! Also it also should be very well noted that their management it horrendous! The management is horrible!

terrible. Can't preorder online for Adult use and no one staffs phones. Always long lines. Never successfully purchased anything here. Who's got the time? They've had long enough to get their act together. Shame it's the only option in that area.
