What an outstanding crew! From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out, the employees at Royal's really make it fit for a King!! I've only known this place for a while and it really has me coming back; not just for the good deals in Kings court, or the outstanding choices for some good quality bud, but for the atmosphere and the enjoyment they bring to customers.. Thanks again Royal's. I would definitely recommend checking out this location, you won't be disappointed!

Sorry, this is first review even though I've been going there for quite a while now lol love this place! Getting the text alerts is awesome because there seems to be a good flow of different stuff through there.Just make sure if you see something in the text you want, go right then and there because you aren't the only one and stuff goes quick!! Cool employees, always have good recommendations if I'm feeling random. Great place!

I have recently moved to another part of town and when I google this and I thought I would try it and come to find out I love this store and they are the only store that sells the grower that I came to really like a lot

I thought that this location was the best in the area and have recommended it to friends based on previous experiences and after my experience last night I am not as impressed. Upon going into the store the staff wasn't as friendly as when I've been in before. I came to find out many things we're out of stock that were on the online menu; that was disappointing, but understandable. When trying to find other products the budtender wasn't very helpful. He didn't seem to be trying very hard to have good customer service. He kept recommending indica strains when I specifically noted that I was interested in a sativa strain, and I came to find out that when I got home and opened my bag that the products I thought I was purchasing were not, in fact, the products in the bag. I asked for a lemon haze preroll and was given a Girl Scout cookie preroll and I asked for a bourbon cured preroll I was given a tequila cured. That was disappointing to say the least. Upon check out at the store I presented a stamp type card that I earned a discount after spending x amount of money at the store before; I was informed that I cannot use it and the budtender, again, had poor customer service skills in telling me that and seemed to not care. Overall, it was a really disappointing visit, but the products are of good quality and my previous visits have been fantastic. Not sure when if I want to return after my last visit though.

I’m really impressed by the way they have handled this pandemic in the store. I feel like it’s a clean environment and they are taking extra measures for their staff and customers to feel safe. Thanks for the great service. I left feeling quite satisfied.

Best in Spokane. I had a vape cartridge fail after 3 draws. I took it in the next day and explained what happened. They apologized, replaced it, & sent me on my way. They've earned our business.

Love this shop! Every time I visit I learn something new. Each one of the bud tenders has lots of knowledge. I always experience good vibes and customer service. I visit many shops but this is my #1 go to shop!

Doug is the best budtender in Spokane hands and I can always trust his opinion. He won't try to show me the crappy weed (which every store has) because he knows that's not what I want. when he says something is good, he means it and I know I won't be disappointed. He's always in a great mood and makes a point to make me feel like I have as much time as I need to look and ask questions. he wasn't there today when I went, and I was sad, and honestly the weed I got was a little disappointing, which it shouldn't be. I spent a decent amount, and I knew what I wanted, the budtender should have been able to find me a better bud. Doug is the best! Go here and ask for him. he won't let you down!

Love your easy to read menus. Top Shelf jars seem to be a couple of dollars cheaper than other places. I’m a big fan of your ionic cartridges! Great prices

Royal has been my go to cannibus shop from the start! The bud tenders are always friendly and very helpful ! Jermoey was my bud tender today. Excellant service. I had ordered on line , got a text when order was ready, He found my order, we chatted for a few , I paid. And out the door. I like ordering online. Quick and easy .. A++++

The staff is always helpful, the weed is always what you are looking for, and in the last year the 2 weeds I've considered the "best" came from this shop. Thank you Jess for all your help (give that lady a promotion), and the tall, slightly balding white guy, and thanks for having such quality products at favorable prices.
