Royal's Cannabis Medical/Recreational - Spokane

It was my first time at this shop and I loved the layout, atmosphere and the people were very welcoming and educated on all the buds. I will be going back and making this shop my favorite! I love all the varity and the displays were well organized and easy to view! I will recommend this shop to everyone!

Love this shop! Every time I visit I learn something new. Each one of the bud tenders has lots of knowledge. I always experience good vibes and customer service. I visit many shops but this is my #1 go to shop!

To start off, I adore the vibe this store has. I feel like The Royal Duke of Danktown everytime I stroll on in the doors. Staff is friendly, good grass, decent prices. I get my ol' ladies grass here, and she loves it. Mind you when it comes to dank, she's pickier than a vegan in a supermarket, and she digs it. So yay'll are doing something right for sure. I'd give five stars in all categories, but i'm a nihilist that doesn't believe in perfection... Though you come close. Have this heart to substitute <3

Royal red carpet service! The bud tenders here are on top of their game! The lady that helped me told me about a new strain (Montana Silvertip). I'm a choosy consumer, and I like my budtender story be equally knowledgeable, and they are here. Great service. Great product. They have some hard to find strains like Cascadia Kush and the aforementioned Silvertip. A bit pricey, but I'll pay for the right product and service.

Impressive. I have been in this store several times and they never disappoint. Good selection, good price points, lovely inside. The bud-tenders are knowledgeable and courteous. This is now my go to shop.

The atmosphere is nice. The store is clean and very inviting inside. The only thing I don't like is going in there knowing what I want and then the clerks try to talk me into buying something else. Seems like the clerk are not very knowledgeable about the products either. A Bunch of millennials who don't know much about old school quality vs new school mass production. Looks don't necessarily mean a great time or good medicine. During the interview process you need to ask them what the difference is of pre 1999 bubba Kush versus today's bubba Kush??? If they can't tell you or did not know there was a difference you need to think twice about letting them run your store.

This is a good shop overall, quality is top notch, the prices are very high, service and selection lacking

The best in town

This was my first and most likely last time coming in. The too cool white boy with the DOPE hat sorta ruined it for me. I recently fell in love with the Airopro battery and unfortunately my usual shop has been lacking on selection. I drive by Royals when I get food for my tarantulas and carnivorous plants (since I’m an actual badass) so I stopped in. The world of cartridges is sorta new to me. I’m originally from the east coast, from a non legal state. Sometimes I have stupid questions but I always spend a few hundred and tip well. Dopey was super short and acted annoyed with me. Maybe he was having a bad day but like... at least sell me some shit. I’m a nice person who is always nice to sales people. I decided to just buy some flower since I was there and take my business elsewhere. I chose a high end one and suddenly he became a bit more polite, which I found amusing. Even though he was a jerk, I tipped and left. For quality I give them 4 stars since they have what I wanted. I would give no stars for service or atmosphere if I could. Do better my dude.

Royal has been my go to cannibus shop from the start! The bud tenders are always friendly and very helpful ! Jermoey was my bud tender today. Excellant service. I had ordered on line , got a text when order was ready, He found my order, we chatted for a few , I paid. And out the door. I like ordering online. Quick and easy .. A++++
