Nature’s Medicine Glendale is hands down an incredible experience overall. The staff is friendly, pick up orders are always ready on time, and it’s very clean! This place is amazing I always have the best experiences here than any other dispensary in Arizona.

Seriously, wtf happened to this place? You can't keep your menu updated, no test scores on packaging, and your employees and managers have no clue what's going on. Whoever is running this garbage dispensary would be better off driving an ice cream truck.

I usually shop the Phoenix location. The only time I have been to the Glendale location it was late and I did not have time to get in with the long line. Last Saturday (3/20/2021) I ordered delivery from Glendale because of my zip code even though the Phoenix location is closer (about half the distance). I tried to order online but the system would not let me complete it, so I called in about 2:30 p.m. and received a text about ten minutes later saying my order was successfully placed. I called back to add some dry tincture to my order and was told it was confirmed. About 5 p.m. I got another text saying my order was being prepared. At 5:30 I got a text that my order was being scheduled for dispatch. Then a phone call about 6 p.m. and another about 6:30 saying my order was about to go out for delivery about 7:30. Then a text about 8:15 saying the driver was on route that included a tracking app that showed 7 deliveries ahead of me. Each update showed a later ETA. About 11:20 p.m. I got another call from the driver to make sure I was still awake (the previous customer had gone to sleep) and tell me he was about 20 minutes away. I also received a text to the same effect. He arrived about 11:45 and with no receipt and in the dark, I tried to remember and confirm my order 9 hours after placing it. I did not notice until the next morning that I did not get the dry tinctures that were added late to the order. Since I do not have an itemized receipt, I do not know if I was charged for them.

gonna be a while before returning despite this being one of my favorite dispensaries. Raising the price like you guys did (60/half to 80/half) has driven away me and many others. what a shame, hope things change back to normal so I can come back.

I love the fact they seem to care about there clients…today was my first time here and it was cool.

Love the location from my house, love staff at the Glendale Grand Location, I can go in and spend as much time as I need to make sure I have eveything that I came for, coming out I am very satisfied with the product and the prices. This has been my go to dispensary in glendale but I enjoy going to. Thank you so much for your king service.

I love this dispensary. Super close to home and the lines are never long. I perfer this one over the McDowell location.

My first time here since changed from Natures Meds and I’m not impressed with the Simply Twisted prerolls. I smoked a whole one by myself and I didn’t feel any effects at all. I bought 4 different strains to be disappointed

It was advertised as a Bogo, but it wasn’t when I got to the dispensary

so I was confused when I was told canceled...went in to see the line long but busting people out so I waited. owen came to my rescue and made sure I left with just about what I asked for my dude your were awesome and made my night a hell of a lot better thank you very much and keep up the great work 👍

I always have a great time coming in for the deals. Bud tenders always helpful and try to get the best deal they can.

Levi was our host and he was great, knew the products, extremely friendly and helpful.

This place is no longer deli style, unless you pay for premium self product, that's a major disappointment. Had to settle for prepacked flower, when I asked the bud tender to open the package to show me the flower, she initially refused, but finally agreed to open the container to expose the flower, WOW! the flower was not what I expected, it looked very low quality. After complaining, about the contents, I was informed that Natures Medicine would no longer carry $6, or $9 strains, and that this was the type of flower to expect unless I was purchasing the top tier flower. No thanks, (LAST TIME) I visit this establishment. My advice to every patron is to ask for the bud tender to show you the contents of the container, don't settle for anything less, don't wait to be disappointed after you left the premises.

Could b better...it would be dope if there menu matched there inventory suxks when you call and they even agree a strain is there then when you show up the stuff has been gone for hours...would go back if the accountabilty changed for whoever updates .MeNU
