This story did me dirty and they don’t seem to care much. I purchased a gram of drip oils concentrates that clearly has mold growing inside the jar. After returning the product, the bud tender agrees that it is in fact mold. The manager claims that it’s a normal color and they would not do a return or even an exchange. This is bad business practice considering this is not even a safe product to consume. I would stay far away from this dispensary because they don’t care about the safety of their patients.

Beyond a waste of time and allotment. After standing in line outside for an hour. No joke. And watching the manager balance a broom on his hands also not a joke. I was paired with an employee who knew nothing and required to run and get clarification from the back on everything.
I was told I am not a new patient (due to me going to the original natures. This isn’t listed anywhere. But ok. So no to the bogo 8th for first timers. Then once I picked out my strains she says “oh no well you do get free preselected 8th “🙄🙄 umm okAy what is the strain. She names it. I agree. She AGAIN runs to the back for the 4th time. Comes back starts weighing things out and at the end let’s me know it’s shake. Literally powder. I was pissed. If you’re broke and have nothing better to do with your day and for some god awful reason can’t make it 5 more miles to the original natures then come here. But if you don’t just smoke dirt to get a buzz then avoid this place at all cost. It’ll be a cold day in hell before I step foot in that place.

I have been shopping with this company for at least 7 years . This new location has rude staff. I have always followed the rules one day I have ptsd asthma anxiety I couldn’t keep a mask on you’d thought I robbed them I was treated so horribly. The so called manager laughed I took it off said there it’s off I’m leaving taking my $ somewhere else. She said good.
This location check in lacks always never friendly slow no one there .
I have sent my daughter cousin friends all have texted bad place bad experience I’m like no way I been going years well I have seen it so I’ll take my money to a friendly place a place that has product in.
So worried about covid no way 6 feet apart in back while waiting .
Sad your staff is not good like staff is at McDowell you can build locations but trying building customers for life. That keeps the wheel going. This way your wheel is slowing down cause we all talk it takes one to tell one to tell three thousand.
I’ll never come back again I left in tears upset . I’ll pay more but it’s worth it for service. Might learn get more with honey !

All 3 locations no shatter EVER. This was the go to spot when it opened. No other dispensaries in town are constantly out of stock.

this is my third review of this month. each new delivery I told the dispatch to make sure that my flower packaging date wasn't any longer than a couple weeks old. unfortunately this is the fourth or fifth time I have ordered delivery for flower and the package date is 6 to 8 weeks old. soon as I open it, stick my fingers in there to touch the flower and it crumbles crumbles crumbles. so you cannot tell me that having flower sit in a jar 4/ over 6 weeks doesn't affect the potency or the appearance of touch. I'm very upset but I'm still going to keep ordering. But the next time if it doesn't have the correct packaging date I'm just not going to accept it and I will just have to suffer without any flour because of this company.

Came for the Jeeter BOGO and couldn’t order online cause they didn’t have any jeeter products uploaded. They also changed their deals on leafly making it so I was unsure if they even had the deal. Dude (assuming it’s manager) said at the front desk that going to the website shows updated deals. Don’t bother screenshotting deals on Leafly cause they won’t honor their own deals! As I walked in, I saw some guy that was choosing his items at the reception desk. I got in line behind him and then a line formed behind me. 2 more people walked in after me and then another receptionist (on the first window walking in) said “next in line” so the last guy that walked in (skipping 2 people) was allowed to cut in front. And then I informed him that I was first and he still continued to check in Noel (was the name of the rude short lil boy customer with black slides that cut in line). He checked me in after with a smirk cause I guess wasting peoples time is funny lol. If order isn’t important then I’ll just walk to the front every time. This was 7:15pm Friday 9/22/23. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

No reason to have a pre order system if you still have to wait to check in, and wait for the ppl in the lobby before you. whats the point of a pre order if you still have to go through the line? I'll take my money and pay extra at a dispensary that has an actual pre order system, and won't take 40 mins just to get to a budtender. Lost a customer that spends money thats forsure 🤣

Prices are good for what you get, but what you save in money, you relinquish in quality of product and service. They NEVER answer their phone, so if you expect to get any help, you will have to go up there in-person and there is a possibility that they will cancel your order without contacting you and when you try to contact them for information regarding the issue, or to provide feedback, they just ignore you. Honestly, just spend the extra $10-15 and go to a better dispensary, or go to Bloom if you're on a budget. They have a pre-roll deal that rivals these guys' discounted half-ounces (12 for $50).
The cartridges by Nature's taste not that great,but the biggest issue is that the cartridges aren't even full.. I literally took mine out the package and it was only 60% full trash. Waste of money for product that isn't even good. Never again.

I have been going to Nature’s for well over a year. Even though living outside the city they were my go to. Not anymore. Their delivery system is a joke. I have done the delivery option somewhere between 7-10 times. Each time there is some kind of issue. Their “delivery within 2 hours” is completely bullshit. I can place an order when they open and it still won’t arrive until 4+ hours. Spoke with Justin btw. Wasn’t helpful either.

Broooo I’ve been to this locations multiples times before they went recreational & now they think that cus they are rec they can treat the patients whatever. They tried to deny me in cus she couldn’t scan my card & I wasn’t carrying my id but I stay way west & accidentally forgot my wallet & again it’s not like this was a new check in but they were just tryna deny my service & money cus they think they too popping like every other dispensary that went rec. Thank God I was able to toss my passport to em cus how tf u gonna deny someone who forgot they ID one time when they always come here!! Never again tho
I am honestly surprised that this place is still in business. Their menu is chock full of low grade weed at high grade prices. Seriously, this place sells weed I would not have bought in the 90's because it is so weak.

So I went here on 4/20 I had came in the day before getting flower which the app said was testing at 20% +
I got 3 different strains in total all three supposedly ranging from 21%-24%
Wasn’t until I got home that I saw the packages were labeled 12%-15%
The product I received on 4/19&4/20 were both low THC when the app said otherwise
I know it’s not all about the THC percentage but this weed sucks I tried all 3 strains and each has very little potency
I feel like I’ve been lied to and jipped there are plenty of other dispensaries that I go to in general and I wish I would’ve spent my hard earned money at one of those places.
I would’ve never bought the amount I purchased and spent what I did for the weed I got. I’m very very very disappointed. And probably won’t be coming back to natures anymore

Customer service is horrible. No one looks you in the eye or smiles. They don't explain anything, they just assume you should know how it works in their store. The "budtender" if you can call them that, showed no interest in our transaction, rolling their eyes and rushing so they could go hang out in the check in room with the other half dozen "budtenders". This is what happens when you hire people for their look instead of their knowledge of your product. You are at a Walmart level of customer service in your cannabis dispensary, good job. Just keep hiring those twenty somethings that don't know jack about cannabis and don't train them in how to interact with people and you're sure to never improve!

Deals are gone and aren’t coming back. Bezos couldn’t afford these prices
Was verbally abused by the security guard because another patient blocked my car- so I could leave.
He called me crazy multiple times and to calm down. And to call the crazy House.
I was super anxious cuz I was in a hurry and my dog was in car. And I’m a medical patient.
He continued on for a long time and even walked the lady out who blocked me in and told her that ‘Karen’ here is crazy and upset cuz you blocked her in. He just kept on and the store manager just watched smoking her Vape. And laughed with him when they walked in.
Disgraceful way to rest someone picking up their medications
The store has been changed to "STORY" for THE PAST 5months apparently but been false advertising still under the name of NATURES MEDS.. very very disappointing to find out all my points wiped away and for the past months no points have been on my account. I tried to speak about it with an older supervisor by the name of Michael. Thinking he'd understand and would come out with a simple solution seeing all my transitions on the computer but instead he came around and was very rude and basically told me "oh well" seeing how frustrated I was. Worst customer service NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

When I first arrived at this dispo everything seemed alright, some of the workers knew what they were talking about but most gave the wrong strains and some even had no idea what the difference is between sativa and indica is. Honesty, I wouldn’t go here . It’s got over priced flower and rude representatives .

The flower smells like hay. Im a medical patient and so are a lot of people walking through the door. Who do you think you are selling anyone medical cannabis of this quality. Take yourself seriously. You have a medical cultivation license. This shit is disgusting and smells like wet hay. This isnt usable medicine. I bought the apollo haze and the rest of it should be thrown away and anyone who has been given flower of this quality shoud be notified of a recall and you should throw it away and refund them if you want to be respected as a dispensary. I will not reccomend this to anyone. I will reccomend against this place. How have you not fixed it in a year? This flower is not worth any ammount of money

If I can rate their service being a zero I would the Glendale location needs to be retrained their entire staff one person tells you one thing and then another person tells you another you don't know which is true and at the end of the day the patient is the one that leaves unsatisfied due to the lack of their training and customer service the managers act like if you owe them something when you're the ones making their revenue customers patients regardless if something is being told to you they should honor it instead of arguing and making up excuses totally whack two thumbs down and toes they suck
