Made me wait even though I had a confirmed online order, not a new patient, & kept taking other customers with online orders that arrived & checked in AFTER I DID. With nothing but excuses, rudeness, & blame onto me even though I had Nothing To Do With It
The cartridges by Nature's taste not that great,but the biggest issue is that the cartridges aren't even full.. I literally took mine out the package and it was only 60% full trash. Waste of money for product that isn't even good. Never again.

They have people waiting outside in 100+ degree weather for long periods of time with no shade. I will no longer do business here!

Really enjoyed my first visit, however, since they rarely update the menu, I will not be shopping. Sorry, but knowing what to buy before entering saves your time and mine.

Been here a couple times and everytime it is just dry weed that is harsh to hit. They aren't practicing social distancing they don't sanitize the tablets that patients use to search through their product all you see is just finger prints smudges on the tablet. The customer isn't great by any means. No seems to be educated enough to know the products they are selling. There a better dispensaries in especially in safer areas. Don't bother with this Nature's Medicine.

This places delivery is a joke they always fuck up this time had half my order and it was open lady on the phone rude as hella theh always mess my order but everones else is fine
I’ve been to this place on multiple occasions and bought the house wax and not only was it not good but it tasted like rubber I tried to let them know in a nice way and let them try to fix it went back about a month later got a mix of different waxes and what do you know I ended up throwing 2 g away because it tasted like rubber never will I be going back to this place now or everThe sad thing about that is that the people there are super nice and they are being set up for failure because the ownership is allowing this crap to be sold

I dont think they like older ladies at this store. Every time I come it gets a little worse. I checked in same time as 2 gentlemen and they were called right away, got their stuff and were gone, I walked around a little while and then sat down to wait. I watched customer after customer leave but no one called me, I watched the bud tenders walk by and look at my card sitting in the stand but no one picked it up. Everyone was just kinda blowing me off so I stood up and said under my breath this is enough and was getting ready to grab my card and leave when a hard working bud tender finally grabbed it and called me, apologized for how long I waited to be called, if he (Derek) wasnt so nice I certainly would have left. Not sure I will be back, maybe I will go back to the Phoenix store, longer wait and drive but I was never treated this way there. You have some hard working people in Glendale but you also have a lot of people hardly working too, you need to fix this as its no way to run a business.

No reason to have a pre order system if you still have to wait to check in, and wait for the ppl in the lobby before you. whats the point of a pre order if you still have to go through the line? I'll take my money and pay extra at a dispensary that has an actual pre order system, and won't take 40 mins just to get to a budtender. Lost a customer that spends money thats forsure 🤣

Prices are good for what you get, but what you save in money, you relinquish in quality of product and service. They NEVER answer their phone, so if you expect to get any help, you will have to go up there in-person and there is a possibility that they will cancel your order without contacting you and when you try to contact them for information regarding the issue, or to provide feedback, they just ignore you. Honestly, just spend the extra $10-15 and go to a better dispensary, or go to Bloom if you're on a budget. They have a pre-roll deal that rivals these guys' discounted half-ounces (12 for $50).

I loved the weed I have bought from here. I however, do not like the fact they have a poor sense of hospitality at this location. I do not think the parking lot is designed to be where it is, the amount of traffic and the location of the dispensary doesn’t fit. If there isn’t customers coming in to the dispensary, they WILL close before 9:45pm and they are supposed to close at 10pm.

Broooo I’ve been to this locations multiples times before they went recreational & now they think that cus they are rec they can treat the patients whatever. They tried to deny me in cus she couldn’t scan my card & I wasn’t carrying my id but I stay way west & accidentally forgot my wallet & again it’s not like this was a new check in but they were just tryna deny my service & money cus they think they too popping like every other dispensary that went rec. Thank God I was able to toss my passport to em cus how tf u gonna deny someone who forgot they ID one time when they always come here!! Never again tho

Flower is not what they show in the picture and literally is false advertising. Still good flower but any attorneys want to make a quick buck get on this. I've pointed it out twice in the last month and they don't seem to care. Even though it is not what they show in the photos there flower is the best in town. My biggest complaint if the security guards. I'm not sure if they sit outside the police academy and just get the drop out but man they sure like to throw there authority around. Asked one gentleman the first time if the line was for over flow and I can check in or if this is the wait to check in? His response was, "sit down and wait," I replied just asking a question on how things work, I got back, " Sit down or I wont let you in at all". Fast forward to 1/15/2021 someone cuts the line no security gaurd in site as 14 of us are waiting out side. We tell the gentleman that cut that he needs to wait and starts arguing. Then this lady comes out yelling all huffing and puffing with no facts or incite on the entire situation. As a few gentleman try an tell her the proper truth she just told them to leave as she will not let him in. You denied a person there medicine for defending there statement on a situation you didn't see and without hesitation just huffed and puffed. There security makes me laugh every time it's like watching a three stooges movie.

I pre-ordered and a walk in was in and out before me. This was already upsetting enough. I don't care though.. call me back say sorry for the wait give me my order and I'll be satisfied. That is not what happened.. I walk back and the lady did not even say HI. Just had my product out, named it, totaled it. Said here you go. Didn't say Hi, sorry, thank you or have a good day. I worked 8 years customer service. There is no excuse for that kind of service. Most disappointing visit ever and I'm so upset. I go there because I love that place and that's how I was treated!? I know I was upset which is aggravating from a workers standpoint.. but your job is to bite your tongue smile and get me out the door. I'm not sure I'll ever go back. 😔 I don't feel appreciated at all. Thanks for the good times though. ❤

All 3 locations no shatter EVER. This was the go to spot when it opened. No other dispensaries in town are constantly out of stock.

I am a budtender and my wife and I both have our cards. she has anxiety so I usually go to the dispensaries but she wanted to pick out a half ounce. I am sad to say that the budtender ripped my wife off in dollars and quality. She deprived my wife of a discount so she would not have to trim a deli half oz. i am truly disappointed, her name is Hannah.
I have been going to Nature’s for well over a year. Even though living outside the city they were my go to. Not anymore. Their delivery system is a joke. I have done the delivery option somewhere between 7-10 times. Each time there is some kind of issue. Their “delivery within 2 hours” is completely bullshit. I can place an order when they open and it still won’t arrive until 4+ hours. Spoke with Justin btw. Wasn’t helpful either.

Beyond a waste of time and allotment. After standing in line outside for an hour. No joke. And watching the manager balance a broom on his hands also not a joke. I was paired with an employee who knew nothing and required to run and get clarification from the back on everything.
I was told I am not a new patient (due to me going to the original natures. This isn’t listed anywhere. But ok. So no to the bogo 8th for first timers. Then once I picked out my strains she says “oh no well you do get free preselected 8th “🙄🙄 umm okAy what is the strain. She names it. I agree. She AGAIN runs to the back for the 4th time. Comes back starts weighing things out and at the end let’s me know it’s shake. Literally powder. I was pissed. If you’re broke and have nothing better to do with your day and for some god awful reason can’t make it 5 more miles to the original natures then come here. But if you don’t just smoke dirt to get a buzz then avoid this place at all cost. It’ll be a cold day in hell before I step foot in that place.

Don't bother. I placed a order Saturday at 2pm and it's Monday @ 1000 am and nothing nada. No one will answer the phone,not at the location, not at dispatch. Bless this young lady at the Tolleson location(different location same franchise) who actually answered my call, twice, and told me they don't have any orders. But I have two confirmed orders, No product, no way of communicating with the location.
Called and called the correct location for two days. Left 2 message with dispatch no return call.

Came for the Jeeter BOGO and couldn’t order online cause they didn’t have any jeeter products uploaded. They also changed their deals on leafly making it so I was unsure if they even had the deal. Dude (assuming it’s manager) said at the front desk that going to the website shows updated deals. Don’t bother screenshotting deals on Leafly cause they won’t honor their own deals! As I walked in, I saw some guy that was choosing his items at the reception desk. I got in line behind him and then a line formed behind me. 2 more people walked in after me and then another receptionist (on the first window walking in) said “next in line” so the last guy that walked in (skipping 2 people) was allowed to cut in front. And then I informed him that I was first and he still continued to check in Noel (was the name of the rude short lil boy customer with black slides that cut in line). He checked me in after with a smirk cause I guess wasting peoples time is funny lol. If order isn’t important then I’ll just walk to the front every time. This was 7:15pm Friday 9/22/23. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back.

tropics rosin (for story) I had to go to insta to find a strain name, no info on the packaging. Fade co. Is added terps, same line as their pcc back in the day, i know those headaches.
Atmosphere-
I preferred nature's open, no line, able to look around. Story feels like they don't want you looking or sitting.
