One of my favorite dispensaries in Las Vegas! Great atmosphere, amazing budtenders and a wide variety of products/strains to choose from! During my previous visit, Sylvia helped me pick out a new Indica strain that I absolutely LOVE! She was very helpful and got me exactly what I needed in no time!

This location is my favorite dispensary!! You have GOT to try the Rove Dream cartridges. My new favorite strain ;) Knowledgeable bud tenders, great specials and deals! The only thing I wish they would add is more options for Ghost Train Haze. The disposable pen is great quality, but I’d love to be able to get it in cartridges, flower, and concentrate here. That’s literally the only reason I go anywhere else is to find more GTH options ;)

Great Shopping experience. I was elated by the customer service. Everyone there has a great attitude. Chloe helped me out and gave me some great suggestions for the mood I was in or wanted to be in. You could even place orders online. They are a little pricey but the do have great daily specials! I would refer here to anyone interested in finding a great place to shop.

I would recommend this place for sure. Very knowledgeable staff. Jesse was very friendly. They also had everything in stock and plenty of choices for both flower and concentrates I was in need of. They also offered free items and had a “wheel of weed” customers can spin for free prizes. Very fun!

Most time place takes care of me Florence Hattery!! I come everyday and spend 100 bucks or more. These horrible bud tender look at my online order and screw the pricing up and actual over charged me tonite for a eight listed 2 for 39 and you charge me 60 dollars for one and not tell me. Can’t open my bag until car to see and then walk back In clearly you see the order is incorrect. You need to fix that piece of shit online server you got and add these prices you advertise up correctly you steal from me one time it want happen agin I promise you

I go here often, as it is not far from my job. Love the atmosphere here. They always have quality strains. I never leave disappointed. My bud tender today, Rita, was great. Gotta love good service.

Amazing staff, Shawn Jawz was awesome very helpful, informative, welcoming, and brought about great customer experience. Since it is not an option below, I DO recommend to my friends, and I WILL be shopping here again!

Been going here for about a year now. I’ve had great experiences in the past here at the Dispensary on Decatur, with the employees and products. However the last few orders/talking with staff/management everything has just been very off/unprofessional. The customer service aspect really isn’t there anymore. When simply trying to place a delivery order and making sure it’s correct & that I’m also getting exactly what I wanted in my order. This has become next to impossible with no confirmation call/support. No one will confirm the order you place, they just assume it’s everything you want is correct when you place the order even if you have questions about something. When I have questions about updating my order or specific information I want about a product, I’m told I have to cancel the whole order & resubmit it. In the past I have had people change my order also give me detailed information about what I’m buying over the phone. This was when I would receive a call in the past to confirm everything in my order. They are unwilling to go the extra mile to make sure a customer is satisfied now. I feel like the new ownership is driving the customer service side down while trying to up their profits side. This doesn’t work in any way for your “EMPLOYEES” & the “CUSTOMERS” ! Was told by a manager to “I think you should go shop somewhere else.” Is this the treatment you’d like as a paying customer ? They told me I’m working the system & thinking I’m getting over on them when all I do is take advantage of the daily deals offered. No apologies or anything. Horrible attitude from most of the other staff as well they just hang up when they get frustrated. Overall this has left a really bad impression on this place now. I’m not sure if inflation/economy is affecting this place. Staffs/management probably isn’t getting enough support from the upper corporate side. I’m assuming maybe they’re frustrated, then take it out on customers. However that’s no reason to speak to or treat a customer honestly. I’ve never been spoken to like that, with total disregard to a customer that’s spending money. I’d definitely recommend going to a dispensary that actually values their customers and treats them with respect/dignity.
