I do not remember the title of the woman that came up and greeted us in the lobby. That being said she had a serious attitude problem. She was rude, demeaning, asked too many questions and asked questions that were none of here business. Furthermore upon leaving had the audacity to have her security guard talk to me about my electronic cigarette assuming that I was medicating in public. Further more their herbs were dry and mediocre at best. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

Meds are nice and the staff is nice also. Meds smelled and tasted ans they should. I will recommend and I will return again. Thanks for all the help, see ya again soon! ~jess~

Monarch is a very strong dispensary overall, clean facility, good selection of products for the Phoenix market, and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. The only reason I shop around elsewhere, too, is because the prices are a little high compared to other dispensaries in the area, and the rewards / incentive programs could be revamped to offer more enticement. You can't go wrong with Monarch, though, especially if you live in Scottsdale.

I've been to over a dozen dispensaries and Monarch is one of a small handful I will always check in with. The GDP was great. The Blackberry was a little dry but both were top shelf quality. I don't know why some places get great reviews but Monarch is truly a good choice if you want quality.

The minute i walked in i fell in love with this shop. Its very professional and has excellent service. This has truly became my new favorite shop. You will definitely be seeing my face again soon.

i live in tempe and usually call for delivery but i go to north scottsdale a lot and thought i would try one and i picked this one out of all of them in north pheonix/scottsdale and it was pleasant. the meds i got were potent and had a very sweet skunky smell! i will certainly be going back to this place, i would recommend it to anyone who lives in scottsdale.

The building is great, the staff is great, and even the bud wasn't bad, pretty decent. What wasn't great was that the buds are already prepackaged, and we hate that. There also wasn't a lot of variety (sativa wise) on the menu the couple times we visited. Monarch won't be our primary dispensary, but we would visit it again.

I ordered some wonder kush and helped me with my anxiety and medicating was quite pleasant. Will defiantly come back

Monarch Dispensary is a very pleasant experience. It is comforting that the people who work there 'know their stuff". The place is so nice that you just want to stay and 'hang out'. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable people, AND quality weed. Life does't get any better!!

By far the cleanest and most professional dispensary. I didn't have to look over my shoulder (unlike other stores) because I felt safe. Brandon helped me out and was educated and dressed like he took his job serious. I give credit to the management for running a comfortable business. Thank you and see you soon!

Probably the best dispensary in the valley....ultra professional, great menu and competitive pricing. Check their menu before venturing anywhere else. My #1 dispensary.

This is a great place to get your meds. The staff are friendly. I will definitely be coming back here for the excellent selections of different meds they have. Really,really helped relax my pain and body.

This was my first time at a dispensary. I was very impressed. Very professional setting and knowledgable staff. They had an excellent selection. I received at 10% discount that I can use for my next 9 visits which is great. Also since I spent over $100, I got a free t-shirt. Definitely check this place out.

I have twice gone to Monarch and will again soon. Best reasons why; 1) quality of product 2) comfortable atmosphere 3) presence of security guard, but not creepy guard 4) knowledgeable staff - listed last only bc this is common, reasons 1-3 are unique to Monarch in my experience. Excellent quality, prices sometimes higher but great specials!

I would give Monarch an A+. They have great service, knowledgable, and take pride in their product. Great weekend specials I would recommend Monarch to everyone.

The staff alone make this place top notch. Absolutely friendly and super knowledgable. Throw in top notch meds. Tons of edibles, salves, tinctures and concentrates. Super chill and inviting vibe. They have a loyalty deal here as well.
