Popped my dispensary cherry yesterday at Monarch. Saturday afternoon around 4PM. Got called back by Jordan in about 5 minutes. She helped me out and got her vape expert to come help me with some questions that she thought he'd answer better. She took the time to tell me about 3 each indicas/sativas she liked based on what I was asking for. I picked Durban Poison and Bubba Kush and I got some Kosher Kush Shatter. Jordan told me about the stuff, the 10% off deal, and was sure I was completely satisfied. Great first time. This place is convenient to home so no doubt that I will be a regular.

Blaine was amazing to work with and walked me through everything step by step.

$tay Blunted and blow it out.. its all Luh, especially if you phx your operation. 1st and 4-most its not respectful to just say 'well its mid-grade from the bay, so lets just tell them that and not actually list the strain'. So rude are you crazy?! Show your patients real respect. & For the record, $400/Oz is a slap to the face to anybody for any strain. Worse than "Bay Cut - Mid Potency @ $325/O" If it's nameless mid-grade it better not even sniff the mid-grade price cap.. didn't anybody ever teach you $300+ is for Top Shelf only. Now ya know. . .

Places quality has gone down since I first came here. Little over 2 years ago. Prices are still high,specially for the quality. I've picked some incredible fire from there in the past. I usually payed up the ass for it. But still fire. Now it seems like there quality is less and less each time I decide to go in.

(My apologies, my last post was to vent my anger at DosVape cartridge) *PLEASE KNOW this is one of the BEST Dispensaries in the state! They have always been consistent in their wonderfully bright staff and their primo selection and quality of medications! I do believe I was a patient very soon after they opened their doors and I still recommend them to anyone I know looking for a stress-free, welcoming experience every time. :-)

I drive almost an hour one way for their Huxton line of flower. (Anyway to have Huxton available at other dispensaries closer to me?) I have been here multiple times and the quality has always been consistent. Surely the interior design, the vibe, and all the marketing is great... but none of that means anything to me if the product isn't quality. If you want quality flower....I highly recommend trying their Huxton line.

The location was on point. Cory knew more than enough information to help me and my seizure condition. All the staff there is friendly and knows how to treat patients. A must go for anyone who is a cardholder!!!!!

Love the service an atmosphere, big fan of ALL OPG strains. Only downside is extremely sativa dominated. Quality Indica abut not enough options typically

Well...nice place...don't know why they required my drivers license in addition to my photo ID AZ medical card. Nevertheless, medicine was OK. For me prices are excessive...I'm paying 225/oz. for medicine at least as potent but that's been with a caregiver with whom I've been dealing for several years.

I have to give it to Monarch for killing it with the customer service today! I too am in the service industry, and understand mistakes happen. BUT, it's not about the mistake (sh@# happens), it's about the rectification. Too often today is some one focused on the problem, when really the most important task is the solution. Today, "Monarch" (the young lady working this Saturday morning at the front desk & my tender in the back) came through with the solution!! I shall return, happily, for the PRODUCT & SERVICE! PS. I only gave it a 4 star for product because my "issue" had to do with a minor product issue.

This is the most professional dispensary I've been to in the Valley, where patients are treated like patients. Very knowledgable staff. I was trying to review the Huxton cartridges in particular, as these are different from almost all others I've tried, and I find them very effective.

very clean relaxing all that you would want in a dispensary! except the cannabis I can't say its over priced because the buds they sell shouldn't be called cannabis that's marijuana they sell at here! we live next to mexico we have enough marijuana we want cannabis!

This is not the cheapest dispensary in the value but it is excellent. Clean waiting and shopping area. The staff is incredibly helpful and will walk you through all of your selects. The quality of the product is top notch!
