This was my first dispensary I’ve been too and was hoping to get someone that would explain things to me, unfortunately the person that helped me seemed like they didn’t know anything and I walked out not really even understand what I got. I’ve since been to other dispensaries and have received amazing help and info. I like truelieve s products and sales but wouldn’t necessarily recommend them.

The receptionist refused me service I had an out of state license and Med I’d card just recently acquired and wanted a Florida medical card like you can’t be on vacation and acquire service due to the medical condition. Cant fly with it on an airline very well could I !

The front desk lady Kelsey has such a horrible attitude! I wouldn’t recommend putting someone with a monotone moody attitude to be the first thing you deal with when wanting to pick up your medication… terrible service would much rather go to a different store from now on!

The best clinic I've ever experienced. This location is not just close to me.. it's just got the right vibe for me. The staff, quality of the location and products and most of the time products availability is great too. Shout out to my two home girls yo there Kristen(Kris) and Kathryn!! These two ladies will bend over backwards to provide quality customer service and overall great experience. Both of them went above and beyond their responsibilities as Bud Tenders to provide me with what I was in need for. So bottom line, even if I move and this location isn't the closest any more... I'll still take that drive to know I'll be always be taken care of properly👌🏼 keep it real Orange City Truleive Fam💯

Love love love this location. Both Q and Denisse have been so much help. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Conversation flows and they know their stuff.

I would like to say that this location is so disorganized it makes me wonder if they are using at work. I will never go back to this most unprofessional dispensery I have b ever seen. They can't even get the most even orders right!. They can't even tell you when you're order is ready. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS DUMP IN MY OPINION.

This is the worst store in the whole chain! I've been here 4 times only because i live in Orange City. I will drive 36 miles too Daytona, or go to another Dispencery. My experience with Kelsey tonight was very disheartening to say the least! Jacob is the only guy there i had descent service with. Everyone else was very disrespectful! And went out of their way too make it the worst Experience possible, and why? Because i wore my Trump shirt.....😔Sad! I will not spend my money at this store!

The environment is so clean, like a doctor’s office, everyone wears masks and in this day that is so important. The staff was friendly and courteous, Kelsey was very helpful and I knew right off she likes her job. I could see her smile in her eyes. I’ll definitely be back!

Orange City location has on going inventory issues. Today's order was placed at 230 and I got a call at 830 telling me they did not have what I ordered with no resolution. Customer service is hit or miss.

"JLYNN" & "DENIZ" I did an in-store pickup so I can get the Jersey both of them went out of their way to get me the strains I wanted.
"DENIZ" this woman is the best thing since white sliced bread ! This woman has consistently helped me out Time after Time I hope the big cheeses at corporate TRULIEVE read this and take note the Orange City true leave in my opinion is the best one by far and I've been to quite a few of them the whole staff from the reception the behind the closed doors and especially huge shout out to the delivery drivers I don't know everybody's name but the delivery system here is amazing
Last but not least I got to give a shout out to Betty pay attention corporate Betty is an absolute asset to your company

This location is FABULOUS when they have product in stock!! You have to check in the middle of the night to avoid missing out on “littles” or “preground”. Seems like they always have limited inventory on the more affordable choices thus leaving us, the customer/patient, no choice but to spring for the more pricey alternatives. Otherwise, they’re GREAT!! Just make sure to check the website at 2:30am and pay $25-$30 for “Littles“ or “Preground” or wait and pay $45 or more for the same product, just in a different “Price Tier”. There’s always the competition right around the corner on Deltona Blvd!!!

the cartomizers (Trulieve's brand) are $35 a piece for a half gram one. price wise like cardomizers or half the price of the other dispensaries. The staff I dealt with was very knowledgeable and understood the illness I have and suggested certain strains. Very affordable and great flower/vapes

I was impressed with the whole experience thanks to Erick who answered all my questions and was very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. He helped me more than any other dispensary or employee at the other dispensaries. He was happy to make sure I knew all about the products, to help me get the product based on my need and health, and based on my experience and his knowledge and (Most Importantly) once I got home I was happy with all the products he recommended. I am now a 💯 percent Trulieve customer now! THANK YOU ERICK!

Any criticisms I have are not directed at the staff. I assume they have little control over inventory or the weak website. With $1.2 Billion in profits last year you would think they could break off some for a better website. My last 4 orders I was unable to get the products I ordered. I ordered them because they were available on the website and research to meet me needs, but have in all reality been missing from the real inventory for a few weeks. Recent weekend sale, NONE, not one of the products in the sale were actually available for purchase. There are times the opposite occurs and there are products not listed online and you just have to ask. Product descriptions are incomplete often just generic cut and paste. frequently missing the analysis.
In essence ordering online has zero benefit to the patient. Your not going to get what you ordered so you may as well show up and wait with the masses. Once in the store there are no guides or menus to choose products from.
The staff has always been courteous although the level of knowledge of products is weak. I don't think they are well supported with quality internal tools to help them. The products and selections have mostly been good, a few duds.

I love Trulieve, your flower, edibles and concentrates are of good quality. Your NHP at that price point is beyond compare. Your flower is always nice and well cured.
Your staff is still new, the system updates put things in a crunch, but they’re finding their footing and you have some great employees. Brian was outstanding filling my order today.
Big, bright, and built for health and safety, nice layout and design.
Your Facebook/Social Media person is your biggest company asset, beside your product of course, they get lots of grief online, and they deserve a medal.
I give you guys an overall 4.75

Quality of florida bud in general is hard for me to deal with bc I moved here from Colorado so I won’t comment much on it. My bigger issue is the cultural differences between the states and the way things should be done as a dispensary. Today, I felt like I was back at Native Roots, back where people cared about helping their patients, back where it was medicine not weed.
Service: best people are James, Eddie and an older woman whose name I can’t remember. They know strains, percentages, parents, hybrid balances, what to suggest for ailments, helpful, informative beyond belief, empathetic, genuine. James helped me today and he could tell exactly what I needed just from my behavior in-store (which is always so damn loud it’s unreal, turn the music down, I’m at a pharmacy not a club), and I blindly accepted everything he suggested because I was in so much distress and pain, I didn’t care at all anymore.
And I am currently medicating exactly as suggested and I have tears in my eyes from the relief solely based on a knowledgeable bud tender who actually gave a shxt about a patient.
Overall, the store is the pharmacy equivalent of Spectrum internet; a necessary evil that you hate spending your money on. But James’ customer service should be Trulieve’s gold standard.

I was very disappointed with my latest visit. I should preface this by saying the receptionist is the very first person the patients see and interact with. First impressions and a welcoming atmosphere is crucial.
The gentleman at the desk never greeted me, never looked up at me and was abrasive in his questions that i just decided to leave.
I also overheard him telling a trainee that 'management puts him in the department where the slowest, weakest workers are because he is better.' That is unprofessional. The name on the badge was Conner and maybe he had a bad morning, it happens.
I just hope this was a one time situation.
