I have been to Urb 5 times. The first three visits, I was not impressed. The bud tender rushed me and never explained the three tiers. The fourth visit, I had a good bud tender named James who was very knowledgeable, helpful and explained the three tiers. The fifth and final visit was absolutely terrible. I drove home in extreme disbelief and shock of how rude the staff was to me. When I got home and opened up my ounce of flower that I had preordered, I couldn’t believe my eyes. First, I got a completely different strain than what I ordered and had no idea they switched it. Second, clearly there was two different strains mixed together.. I have no idea what strain I’m smoking.. If it’s a sativa or indica and that is important to me. Third, I pulled out about half a sandwich bag full of leaf trimmings. Words can’t describe how disappointed I am. I wish I could post photos. This ruined my 420. I will never return and I don’t even care to use my points. This is bad business.

I have been visiting Urb for months now spending thousands of dollars with them every month. I have had many-many times where I have had to turn around and go back due to discounts not applying or being over charged in general for products. I kept going back though, because the prices are good, the staff is friendly and they have always made it right... until today. As I said I frequent once a month or so and make large purchases each time. I bought some Platinum branded carts from there 3 months ago that I have slowly been working through to find that one is a dead cart. No big deal I thought, I will just get a replacement next time I go, but I was sorely mistaken. I was told my a manager and then seconded by the OWNER that due to the time frame that I purchased it and I didn't have a receipt (even though my order history is saved to my profile) that I would not be eligible for a replacement. Buying from an established business comes with pros and cons, we have to pay a 16% tax but it comes with the added security of money back (or product replaced) guarantee incase of a faulty device, but at Urb that is simply not the case. You have lost a loyal client. There are many other options in the area now, so I will make use of them over visiting this sham of an establishment.

I love absolutely everything about Urb. the staff, the atmosphere, the items, prices, the entire layout of the place. I wish I could live there lol. I love shopping. Briyana is very awesome, very happy spirit, happy with 1.00 dollar tip or an 8.00 tip(:

This place is such a nice dispensary! They have the biggest selection , best prices and they know how to get you in and out fast! I had the pleasure to have Dana help me and she gave me some great advice on medicine in form of gummies to help my stomach problems. She also had a great recommendation on managing my R.A symptoms and spinal pain . This place had great prices and they can really help us that are suffering from many disabilities. If you are needing a great place head to Monroe , check this place out and enjoy the beautiful lake within a short walk!

The staff here is absolutely 100% top tier. Never seen a better group of people. A special shout out to Christine! She answered all my questions no matter how silly they probably were and was very nice and just the best!
