Lol look at all these reviews! I hope this place will be bought out or go out of business within the year. Other places are going to open and have better prices. Just watch! Ppl please keep reviewing, this place needs to be called out for how they are going about things. And for marketing and the ppl who do the prices and reading this, put yourself in our shoes. I really hope Your plan backfires.. ppl don’t want to pay those prices and will find other places that have better deals. Lines outside already show it and the product you put out is crap! I will make one post a day on here until things change. I will also have all the ppl I know go elsewhere

Used to come here 2-3 times a week. Now they wanna charge $45 for a Sunday Goods 1/8th that was $20 literally 3 days ago. They don’t care about medical patients anymore. They just make everyone go through the same line as Rec and pay the same price lmao. I hope you go under also anyone buying their below 20% testing “Crap” is getting robbed. Their tree is slowly falling off and testing at lower and lower quality Black Mamba used to be 18-20% now it’s 13-15% lol. So you get worse products no to spend more. If you’re a medical patient please don’t shop here where they treat you the same as a Rec Head who’s just blowing cash for fun instead of an actual medical reason like Cancer or Chronic pain

Place was legit I thought, then I got the Royal Cherry Diesel last week. Now, I am actually learning to grow presently and bought a microscope to look at Trichrome’s to see when to harvest my buds :) . So I didn’t like the taste of the weed so I put it under my scope kinda for fun since it was new. Well what I found was little black fiber and not many trichomes I saw some smashed headless ones , but what I did see is some kind of Brown and some white Crystal. Material that looked sprayed on. Looks like sugar wax to me. Still have the weed if MUV wants to challenge my Accusation and they still have the Strain on their menu as of today. Sorry I used to recommended you guys to everyone now it will be quite the opposite. I am Medical FYI.

Fat receptionist lady with red/burgundy hair was so rude to me and another medical patient. She told us both that we had not been there before and we had many many times. We’ve been going there longer than she’s had that weak little position there. She asked him for his ID, he had it but she was useless and couldn’t find him in the system. I didn’t have my ID but regardless, she was still useless as a rock and couldn’t find me. The black man with the afro found us both in the system easily so he’s okay. The terrible customer service along with the high prices helped us decide to never come back again. The flower is not good enough to be charging $55 an eighth. You must think you’re Grow Sciences or something. You letting the money get to your head, pipe down fr.
Grow Sciences does NOT drop to MÜV anymore because they tried to charge $60 eighths that were set at $50 by GS. Look it up on reddit! It’s true. ☺️ I will NEVER be back and I don’t recommend any of y’all come either. A huge waste of money.

Horrible Experience!!! They doubled the price on everything even for medical patients... What is this??? Muv is going to lose 80-90 % of their customers. I've been a loyal customer with muv for 1 and a half years and i WON'T be going back until prices go back the way they use to be. I'm calling for a MUV BOYCOTT.. Outrageous.... watch your sales drop MUV. then maybe you'll change your mind
VERY VERY disappointed in the price changes. will be looking elsewhere now.

I would like to start off by saying that these guys used to have five stars across the board nor two weeks ago. I generally not had a bad experience in the years I've been he going here however today I was greeted rudely my questions were not answered the standard deal on their concentrate disappears.
PATHETIC
I have been a patient/customer of MUV-AZ for most of this year, spending a hefty amount of money with this dispensary. I have been to many other dispensaries in and out of state, and would NEVER see what I witnessed in the lobby on 12/3.
In line outside the lobby, I was 1st to go in, then an elderly man is next behind me with his service dog.
I did not know the man, but we had a good connection. I have experience training dogs to be of service for humans( Alert, PTSD etc ). All sizes and breeds from Shepards to Chihuahuas. His dog was a bigger mix breed, well trained, well behaved, zero signs of aggression. Very kind.
The security guard that day was clearly uneducated of the ADA laws for service animals. I was appalled on how this situation was handled.
After I give the front desk person my MMJ card, the older man with service animal comes in behind me, but the security guard tries to stop him saying the dog needs a vest if it is a service animal - INCORRECT.
The man kindly stood up for his rights and the service animals rights , and the security guard runs inside the dispensary just to grab a manager??
Only 2 questions you may legally ask -
1. Is this a service animal?
2. What task(s) does it perform?
And that is protected in all 50 states in America. Thanks to the ADA laws from 1988.
As we sit in the lobby, waiting patiently to get our medicine, a manager ( he would not give me his name) came out and approached the man and says " Hi sir, sorry but we have had someone get bit before, so we need to make sure the dog is vested up". -INCORRECT
This manager then sets my PTSD off.
I quickly stand up to acknowledge the manager for what he is doing, but to please read our service animals cards ( both the man and I have them for uneducated people to read in these circumstances, and what the ADA laws are.)
The "manager" refused to look at cards, told us he doesn't need to read it.
The man, " I have PTSD and you need to learn the laws"
I quickly grabbed my MMJ card back, when a budtender came out and called my name and I took my business elsewhere. I am so disgusted with the treatment we received that day. I wish I knew who that man is, so we could go together on this to file a claim with the ADA and your business.
I tried to call back to receive managers name again, and they refused to give it to me, and said he would call me back after getting my phone number. I never received a call.
Ironically, one of your budtenders gave me an assistant managers business card months ago because we do commercial real estate and I was talking about helping dispensaries expand out here. He stated they were the one to talk to about that as he mentioned them trying to move to an old drive-thru bank, but were unable to with our state regulations?
Both the man and I did not receive our medicines and we clearly will be going elsewhere.
I even purchased a MUV vape pen that was a lemon, and I could not even get that replaced. I just left that on the lobby counter.
This incident gets my heart going every time I think about it, and I find it to be unreal that a healing facility like a dispensary would show such actions.
I am not sure what you can do to ease this situation from my end, but I figured I would let you know what happened before filing a complaint.
My 1st time shopping here was great and then the recreational sales began, I am a medical patient. Put an order in on Leafly (a pre order that you can make ahead of time to just pick up) only to stand in line for 20 minutes, when my order was and had already been ready for me just to walk in pick it up. I'm not sure what the point of express order is for medical patients when you have to wait in line. Never going here again. I will happily drive 10 miles out my way and go to Arizona Organix.... no wait express pick up the way it should be. I do not recommend MUV to medical patients.

This place absolutely sucks! I tried to buy a gram of a strain I'd never tried before when I was told: "Oh, we only sell that by 1/8s". "Really? your menu prices it by the gram, so just break up the 1/8 and sell me a gram." The manager flatly refused to do this. This is a bad example of classic upselling. Buyer beware, their idea of customer service is to insert their hand more deeply in your pocket. Never again!

I cannot leave stars but they give me know choice. . I came as new patient. this young man treated me so bad. I had questions as to why I was paying recreational price when I said I was medical. when I didn't understand and asked another question he blew me off and said the total again and ignored my concerns. Monday special was 20% off and I was new patient I payed $55.00 for a sale on leafly for $44.00 today special do the math

Used to be my favorite, now since recreational coming out they jacked up all prices and will not answer the phone. So there is no way to get a question answered unless you want to drive down and wait in a long line first. Makes me sad and sick.

Horrible pick up place yo went to giving tree took 3 minutes to get my medication ordered at MUV sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes than finally said damn it’s taking to long went in and they said it’s gonna take an hour to fill a 2 edible order???? Where do they do that at??!!?!?? Will not recommend I would condemn.

Shame on you for increasing the price on my medicine. You see marijuana now available to more people, so in your selfish and greedy ways, increase the price on my medicine. I am not shopping here anymore.
Very upset with this dispensary since they went recreational first of all ppl behind me getting called first not cool and secondly i paid 150 for a half ounce of popcorn like r u kidding me? I'm a regular customer love the staff but the owner HAS DROPPED THE BALL FOR US MED PATIENTS NO THANKS NO MORE.
