I stopped in to try out some of their Hi-Klas shatter... what a mistake that was. Got home and first thing I notice is mold throughout both .5s I got. Second thing I noticed was the harvest date, which was over 3 months prior to the date of purchase. I decided to try a little piece of the shatter and it was absolutely horrendous.
I called and they said I could do an exchange, which is greatly appreciated, but the flower I got is pretty bad too. Again, the harvest date is months old, the smell and texture is dead... it’s just bad.
Here is what gets me the most - I asked both budtenders for recommendations... and this is the best they got? No one in their right mind would recommend the shit I bought if they had any knowledge of it. Don’t trust what they’re telling you and be sure to inspect the product the best you can before making your purchase. Pay attention to harvest dates.
A couple “pros” would be that the building and location is decent, the employees were pleasant, and their prices do include tax (which will come in handy because I noticed their pricing to be a bit higher than the average).
All in all I probably won’t return unless they have some killer specials on shatter extracted from a company I actually trust.

I really wish i could give this place a better review. The product I purchased was really really seedy and dry. The staff is pleasantly nice and the environment is clean. The prices need adjusting for sure.
If it wasn’t for seedy product I might consider coming back.

This place is right down from my house and I wished it was better. Over priced and their selection sucks. Just go to TruBliss, way better selection and better prices.

Close to home, but I am always willing to travel for quality! They have a good selection, I prefer flower and the quality on the top tier is up to par with some of the best and with the deals they have you can pay 160 for a half and get a free quarter! Thats 21 grams! And the price is pre taxed so its 160 out the door - Fridays and Sundays only. GREAT service as well and you can always go right in and start shopping while you wait for your but tender to help you!

I love this dispensary! I liked going to the chandler location, but now that this is closer to my home I love Territory even more. I love the layout of the building, it’s very open and welcoming. The staff is always happy and willing to help. Donaven is very knowledgeable about their products and helps to find product that will suit my needs. I’ve also had Charter and Jason help me out here, and it’s always been a very pleasant experience! No rushing, everyone really wants to ensure I get something that’s going to work for me.

Was very disappointed with my ftp deal. Pinnacle flower wasn't that good. No potent planet. Please start carrying royal choice farms. Give the patients some great flower.

First time in today. I was impressed by how friendly the staff was and how nice the place looks. Picked up some premium tier flower bogo so price was nice and great product. Not sure I’ll be back just based on prices at this dispensary’s I feel 1/8ths are overpriced by $10 or so. Hopefully they will adjust there prices to be more competitive with local competition
-negative stars? Bought a half oz of “premium tier (mids)” spent 100$+ and got the worst weed I’d ever bought in az… if I could upload a pic I would. Not only did they out the half oz in stupid bags of 8ths… the bag was filled with SEEDSSSSS…. BABY SEEDS it was pure Reggie. Not even low tier worthy. Over prices for bad quality. I’m close used to shop here, have spent hundreds here, never coming back again. My family & I bought here. Might have my YT boyfriend with half a million follies make a review bc this was just unbearable. Then I contacted you guys, not only are you guys rude customer service sucks you guys make enough to replace the pot but instead brag to me ab how you’re “the best price” when I work in the mmj industry you guys definitely do not. Lucky you carry rosin. Your vendor says suck! Terrible customer service, better service at Walgreens and I spend less than 100 there. Plus their brands don’t pay their models (Cannamo) Ive work with others here too.

The manager Zach made people who ordered online wait in an hour long line and fast tracked walk-in customers allowing them to effectively skip the line and placed 4 cashiers in line for walk-in's and 2 for online orders . When it was time to collect my order they claim they didn't even have my order "in the system" even though I called and spoke to their service line after 2 and half hours of placing my order on Leafly and confirmed it was ready. Because the order "wasn't in the system" they didn't have 3 of the items I ordered. I've bought weed in the streets from people who were more professional than this place. You could tell the security guard didn't favor Zach's style of management either because he voiced his concern with what Zach told him to do to us outside "He wants me to let walk-in's cut, I told him its not right".
Hairdo work in the front Security guard is a little rude prick an it seems to be rubbing on on the lady behind the desk as well place is going down hill

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I called before hand and the lady had no idea what she was talking about. She wasted my time going over there and I ended up leaving with nothing. Not impressed. Definitely would not recommend

The way they’ve decided to operate during this heath crisis is just sad. I shouldn’t have to wait for longer than 2 minutes to get rung up for an ounce but it takes forever. They also wouldn’t give me the discount of 20% off flower without purchasing something else, insanely frustrating and I’m not sure if coming back will happen even when they go back to normal business.
great place once upon a time, but sadly covid took another victim & that's this place's customer service. Been here many times, but this will be my last. I get the social distancing order, however these guys are are the worse in the valley at managing the flow. Been to a majority. noway anyone should wait over an hour with an online order placed several hours in advance. Won't be back

Grateful Breath strain really poor this time. Small nugs, overly moist and squishy, smells like hay. Harvested 8-26-20 and sold on 2-26-21. This is not too shelf. What's up with this?

I do agree their top shelf flower prices are a bit unreasonable but I’ve been getting great 99 dollar tax free ounces from this location pretty consistently. My budtender Johnny was a tremendous help and a great source of knowledge, I definitely would recommend checking it out at least otherwise you might miss out!
The wait is too long if i order online they should be ready for a pick up they shouldn't make ppl wait thats a drag i mean cmon its just bud

This dispensary has gone down hill since Zenleaf took over this location. I’ve been a loyal customer at this dispensary for years, dating back to when you needed a medical marijuana card to come here. I have accumulated a lot of points over that time (spent thousands of dollars$) that we just magically erased because of a new policy they rolled out.
I asked to speak with the manager thinking they would provide some customer service, instead I was greeted by a rude manager who looked like he was high himself. Do yourself a favor and bring your loyalty and business to a company that appreciates you. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
Unfortunately their process with current events is a fail. I order early then get a text saying my order is ready (the text says it can respond to questions which is a lie). You get there expecting a short wait since they already told you order is ready... just to wait and be told “everything is medical and it takes time”. Unfortunately you just can’t handle the flow, you don’t have customers in looking around and asking questions. We order online (because you will not answer your phones and don’t call back with voicemail) sorry but it’s a sh*t show. Thanks for the help during theses times (as in I don’t want to stand around for 30 min outside with a bunch of other people) 😷
First time going here. Staff was super friendly and place looked amazing. Only complaint is I had placed my order for pick up and when I got home only half of it was right. Emailed location but no response. A little disappointed as some of the things left out new new stuff I wanted to try. No one said anything to me when I picked up about not having somethings in stock or anything so not sure what happenen. Still deciding if I will give a second chance.
They take your phone or mj card inside the building and then bring it back out. So the guy with gloves on isn’t changing them between customers therefore we are getting hundreds of people cell phone germs etc passed onto us during a pandemic. Other dispensaries are saying show me your phone or card and they look at it without touching it. I had to wait outside in the rain for 45 minutes. We all did because you guys don’t have an option to wait in your car and be texted like other dispensaries are offering. And lastly, the only reason I chose you all was because you didn’t charge tax, now it’s suddenly added and there’s no reason to choose your store over any other store. Everyone outside was pissed to have to wait in the cold rain for 45 minutes with no rain cover.

it was my first visit . the receptionist did the 1st time patient stuff and checked me in. told me have a seat and she would let me know when to go over, that perfectly fine.
But when the place is empty and I'm sitting waiting for over 10 minutes before the receptionist looks at me and says "OH you can go over now, sorry" it's like she completely forgot there was a person waiting. once I got over to the wide for purchasing, that was rather frustrating.
I was wanting to take advantage of the new patient special which is Bogo up to a 1/4. I explained I wanted to buy a full ounce and then get the 1/4 free. because I knew I had more than even in my allotment. the guy helping me refused to listen to what I was saying, and ended up giving me an ounce and deducting the price of a 1/4. which would have been fine if I only wanted a total of 1 ounce. but I wanted to purchase a full ounce and get the 1/4 free for the new patient special.
so I didnt have to worry about going to a dispensary for even longer. since I have fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis, I like to buy in bulk so I have the medication on hand that I use to manage all of my horribly painful medical conditions. may not sound like a big deal to many but , multiple sclerosis is unpredictable and there are days that even my legs wont work, or I cant see, or move at all. so it is extremely important to me that when purchasing the person that helps me, fully listens to what I'm asking for. so i can buy in bulk for the reasons I stated above. and the level of rudeness , talking down to me like I was a dumb ass. it's safe to say I will not be returning to this location or any of your locations. and I will be recommending my friends who are patients go else where as well. there are plenty of dispensaries with a higher standard for customer service with out even a hint of rudeness.
