If you value your health as a PATIENT don't go here. they dont require masks and half the employees and the security guard don't wear their mask properly. it is county mandated to wear masks. I informed my budtender and he shrugged it of like it was nothing. as a patient with several underlying health concerns I will NOT be back here.

I have been to this Territory dispensary before and each time I’m there I feel disappointed. This last time Saturday 5/22/2020 I went in for a sale they were having and I spent almost $600. They have sign board that’s stayed free gift on satiric your spend $100. Did I get a free gift? No I did not. I got to wait because they didn’t have the items I wanted that were in the shelf in there inventory system so they had to be added. Sure I don’t mind eating while you fix your own idiotic mistakes. I was also told if the credit I had after my transaction was completed. This place is just kind of a joke. I will make the drive to go back to the Mint where they treat me right every damn time. They always make sure I get any discounts and extras and you never have to ask.

I can't say I will never try again, but in a world full of dispensaries fighting for your business this one didn't impress me. I do love the name and the names the tiers, the Aesthetics and everything look great.
What I didn't appreciate is how they run the business. it was my first time in so I wanted to take advantage of my Bogo.
they only had one top-tier strain (pinnacle) as an option, or at least as an option at the moment. When I spoke with the associate he told me about his favorite strain and got me all interested and even pulled a jar out from the back for me to look at and smell, only to tell me that he couldn't sell it because the manager was holding it. I'm sure there's a reason for it like getting rid of that last strain that was sitting on the table but that seems kind of sketchy to me. what a way to bum someone out.
As I'm closing out, I asked about the one gram for free Kief since I spent over $100. Not only did they not have any in stock I was told they haven't had any in over a week. Although I definitely wasn't there for the freebie, announing a deal you have but NO intention of fulfilling is BAD BUSINESS. Instead of the keif, I was given a small 25mg candy. That candy left a bad taste in my mouth in more ways than one.
Waited over an hour for them to get my order wrong. And they constantly promise a free gift with orders over $100 but never honor it. Wouldn’t recommend.
This is the second time they’ve backpedaled on they’re advertised deals. This is a horrible business practice and a total disappointment to loyal customers.
My pickup was a mess. I placed my order and had received the text that the order was ready. I still had to wait outside for at least 30 minutes until they got to me. What is the purpose of pre-packaging orders if you still have to wait such a long time. If everyone has to place an order online before they can come in to pick it up, why are they still processing orders when we get there? I know this is a trying time for everyone, but a more efficient system needs to be put in place.
Told me my order was ready, the guy in front of me didn’t have an order, so it was my 1st time here so they had to signed me up, waited in line the guy that was In front came in and got called before me. Nobody even tell me what my 1st patient deal either. The wax was all stuck to the wrapper it was mess.

every time I come to this dispensary they lie about their online deals.they over price most of their product. they run out of products the day before for deals and they don't tell anybody just to bring people in. they don't care about the customer they only care about treating their employees well. 👍 do yourself a favor and pick like any other dispensary in the area

Been here 3 times for items advertised, they’ve been out every time I’ve gone in. Won’t be back, not going to continue to waste my time.

customer service is not a must here.. this is the only dispensary in the entire valley that doesn't take the cannapages coupon through the phone. you have to bring in the actual physical coupon. so for people like me who have to coordinate getting a ride from deep San tan (20 + miles from this location) to be told that there deal you were trying to save money on is actually not going to work because they don't so things like all every other dispensarys is a great way to lose business.

Too lazy to update their sent out text deals? I show up when they open and the deal is sold out. If you don’t have the product, than don’t advertise the deal. Was a total waste of my time. Now I will be too lazy to ever mention them or return there.
Was given hard time about the EDLP deals from a online order cashier. He got visibly upset when I told him the pricing was wrong at checkout. and even after everything got sorted out by one of the sweet female employees, he slammed my products (wax resin, stuff that could start leaking from that) into the bag. I think you guys should make sure absolutely all of your cashiers "bud tenders" know what the EDLPs are to avoid unnecessary complications like this. (since you guys don't automatically mark it down for some reason when I order here)

Did an online order and received a message that is was being prepared but never received a message stated it was cancelled or fulfilled so drove about 40 mins cause they had a deal on a strain I’ve been looking for but when I got there was told they never received anything for me nor do they have that strain anymore. I let them know that I wasted time and gas and if maybe they had anything close to or equivalent to what I order and I was told no there was nothing they can do and to not order online it’s better to come in. What is the point of online then. They didn’t do anything to make it right. I recommend going to Curaleaf or Jars Dispensary they actually let you know if they can’t fulfill the order and if not they will make it right and even hook you up. My first and last time coming here.
Always good service, disappointed that you took away our DA discount tho.
Holly at the Gilbert location is so rude every time I’ve ever had the misfortune of getting her as my budtender. I always try to give her the benefit of the doubt but it’s happened so many times I genuinely just think she’s a beast.
Bud-tender suggested a really great “ heavy hitter “ which I love. Will go back !!!

Gonna miss this place, they had the coolest staff but with recreational jacking up the prices here I had to stop going, zero deals and 70$ carts? I just can’t do that, I don’t see how anyone does.
Menu shows a baller jar for canamo, I do a pickup order. Get there and they tell me they can’t sell the baller jar by itself and that it’s part of a pack. They don’t care about the customers here. Head to Trubliss down the street, they don’t pull these dumb games.

This location does a poor job of inventory management. If you're a fan of Timeless do yourself a favor and go somewhere else because they don't carry many strains and the good ones are never in stock.

Another lame excuse for a medical dispensary. It's inexcusable when you call to confirm their Leafly inventory, "oh yeah I see at least a few of each right here" then you show up 25min later to hear "uh, are you sure you called today?, cuz nah we dont have any of that and we havent all day" They seriously said that to me. Both products were still on Leafly an hour later, as I spent my $ elsewhere. You would be wise to do the same.

pretentious and overpriced. The prerolls are rolled horribly. won't come back
Atmosphere was terrible. Too tense of a vibe while picking up order. Went to ask questions and was interrupted with an annoying woman telling me that I couldn’t shop due to the virus. Completely overwhelmed by the flu. Only positive thing was that I got the Sunday deal.
