I wasn't sure about the different strains of cannibis and the products available. A very nice young lady talked me thru the process and helped me make my selections. The whole process as very professional, informative and I was made to feel comfortable. I will definitely return to this dispensary as well as recommend it to other card holders.

Went for my first visit there and was amazed by meds and the grams of cheese. Havent tried it, but might definitely next visit. Picked up some chocolope shake that was pretty good as well as some bomb jack herer. Service and quality has been met. Thx you and will see what we have to get next time.

First visit before Halloween got a half ounce of moldy weed that was I still haven't touched. Tried again. Bought something that should have taken off 8 grams and they took off 20. Discovered when I went to purchase more later that day. Two strikes.

Called this place and asked for something specific they said yes we have it in stock, I called bc it’s 45 min drive and I’m not trying to waste my time when I already know the thing I want and wanted to make sure it was for sure there. I get there and they said they pulled it off the floor this morning. never will come back.

product not even smokeable. picked up 1g of ''moonrock'' if thats what you wanna call it.....smells/tastes like a homeless mans sock. I suspect its been sitting so long that its starting to mold. and is probably made with bottom shelf nug, pesticide ridden trim run wax, and barely any kief was even present. absolute waste of $30

I am a new patient. I have many questions for the staff each time I go and they are always right-on with the answers. Staff are great. Personable and friendly.

First time back here in a year currently standing in long ass line outside when plenty of seats open in lobby being medical and having to stand in line is horrible 1 star for me

Okay flower. Good wax -- when they do have the premium top shelf dewaxed shatter. Otherwise, the $70 donations a gram for non dewaxed shatter is not worth it. They tried to mention that they have business overhead... But they're the only dispensary out there. We all know these businesses are making tons of money. It's insulting actually. I'll take my business to where they'd appreciate it. Unfortunately, they will continue to overcharge and people will still pay. With a little research on Leafly you can find tons of other dispensaries with much better quality & much affordable meds.

I have been coming to this establishment for a long time and have mostly enjoyed the medicine I purchase. I walk in and 99% of the time there is a full lobby with calming Reggae music. The back has rock playing, or more reggae music. The most beautiful part about this place is that from the second I park my car, the earthy tones of freshly grown weed calms me from the inside out. The customer service, on the other hand, is always something I will not be sure of. I have some days where I will walk in and I am called to the back, educated about the flowers, concentrates, and edibles. I walk out happily spending more than I had originally intended. The Mexican Guy With Grey Hair and Mark are incredibly educated in all aspects of weed, how to dose, and medicate. Other days I go: I give my card to the pretty brunette, and take my seat. 5 minutes- to sometimes 30 minutes later my name is not just called back, but screamed at by a loud man with a raspy voice. When the door doesn't open, I will be screamed at once again to "come on, PULL!!!! ON THE DOOR!" Once I get inside, the beautiful aroma of the dispensary flowers that are blooming is gone and replaced with the smell of chewing tobacco from a man in a backwards cap and nylon shorts. I have been argued with about which flowers, and which concentrates to choose from on more than one occasion. If I want a 50$ gram of concentrate because it is cheaper, I feel as though I should not be told it is a wrong decision; or a stupid one. I do not appreciate the rudeness I have encountered almost every time I have been helped by him. He should be thankful that I have been assisted by well - educated and polite people before him; otherwise, I would never return to this establishment again again. When I have previously asked this man about tinctures and balms; he responded with a lot of grumbling and "uhh you know what I mean... uhhhh you know what I mean". I was rudely asked if I intended on buying one, and when I said no, I was questioned as to why I would even be bothering to waste his time with the questions. I love going to this establishment because I love to be educated. As of lately I am only being educated on the lucky days. I have also dealt with a similar problem similar to a hidden review about the credit card system. I don't know if he was trying to find the lazy way out, but I was told "I don't know how to work the swiper thing. You have to use the ATM". Any time I am helped by Mark, I have swiped my card with no issue. If it is a conflict of not knowing how to use the debit card swiper, then he should be shown how. I just bring cash now, it seems easier for everyone. I will be making sure to call and see if Mark, or the guy with grey hair are there first before I make the haul to El Mirage.

I recently visited azcs for my 3 rd time and the first 2 times I went I was happy this time very dissatisfied with one employee there he was very rude and definitely not for the patients I asked another employee for his name and he said it was Gary I will not return again I'm sorry but he was very rude.

I believe it was my second time visiting, I was in about a month ago standing in the Sun and Heat I was told by the staff they would have shade soon. Still no shade. The budtenders were rude, trying to rush me and not accommodating. Management was no better. Quality of product the worst I've ever had! Not a place I would recommend for many reasons!

I came in for my ftp deal bought an eighth and told the bud tender i wanted a full gram cartridge if it could make the $50 limit the guy ended up backing a half gram cartridge. The menu clearly shows several cartridge that a full grams under $50 dollars I’m confused as to why? Next time i come back i will make sure i get my deal correctly.

This place consistently over prices everything. It’s basically a convenience store, meaning that everything is jacked up by 30 to 50%. Their “Hashishans” wax is so dirty and impure, it’s basically black and you can see the plant debris. If you think the Arizona Cannabis Society has a good quality product, I feel sorry for you.

Super disappointed in the knowledge they had to give me. Asked for basic info and didn't get an answer just got weird looks.

I love the flower but the few times I have gone in the budtender was great but this woman working the front has a shitty additude and made me feel out of place like y are you here made me feel bad both time the flower was amazing but she kills the vibe both times i went in just the look on her face makes you feel bad she looks at you like if you are poor homeless never once has given me a hello i both times I have been in there I have told her hello that is not the kind of people you should not have working for first off my family is the founding family of elmirage the streets are named after my family so to think I'm poor or homeless just by appearance is not right girl your dispensary is in a place my family made with love and if you do not have love and compassion the. Get out of your job so look at your self and judge your self because for a fact I don't mind showing you my bank account but overall the flower was amazing you guys just need to fire that one girl

First and last time will be going to this business. The entrance (lobby) could use a serious makeover. No seating for handicapped patients at all. A couple tables with brochures scattered all over. Prices seem to change daily so the only price guide was a couple pages printed out and highlighted at each register. Web site doesn't state potency for each product. Prices were not good and as stated again and again I'm the reviews, the stuff is old. Yes my first and last time at this place. Not even a second chance candidate.

This place never has weed or the special they advertise. I tried to give them a chance but Im done, I went in on sunday 100 ounce day said they where not honoring it again wow. Then the girl has the nerve to tell me In can pay 200 for the same shit wow. No weed no edibles here and when they do it is garbage weed that taste like pesticides buyer beware lots of way better places with inventory dont waste your time here.

This used to be my favorite place to go but have found out that my favorite budtender that I have been going to for over a year plus is no longer with them. Time to find a new place

I come to AZCS every week and spend $100s of dollars and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had today and truly makes me not want to come back. One of the new girl bud tenders had a terrible attitude, was not helpful and just straight up rude. Another issue I have is for the first time I wanted to use my points from all of the money I’ve spent here over the past year only to find out they didn’t input my number into their system for rewards, when I first came in for the first time last year…. I am so upset with the experience I had today, if you’re looking to get some weed with a side of attitude this is the place to shop.

the fact that they put the product in a black bag and you could not see it. I got home and product was as dry as saw dust. Not sure I was looking to smoke powder tonight. One of the main reasons I have stayed clear of this dispensary for almost a year. The product need to be acbit fresher for what is being charged. it's almost like smoking throw away product. I am not happy with it at all. Whatever you do stay away from all of the pre packs.
