I love that when I shop online for my flower. It gives a detailed overview of what the strain does. One of the ones I wanted was in store only. This is why I love captain jacks cuz I just asked the bud tender to get it for me and they do. No long line. Beer variety, best quality and best SAFE dispensary there is. Good vibes

Best dispensary in my area. Friendly staff, love the fact that I can order on Leafly and just pick up at Captain Jack's. Quality carts, quality weed. Tried somewhere else but came back to Captain Jack's after I bought a cart that broke half way through using it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I usually like to go in and smell the flower before I buy it and ask questions about new edibles (you guys need more salty stuff, btw), but since the pandemic, I've been ordering online. There's a separate, much shorter line when I get there, and I dont have to wait as long. The budtenders are always so friendly and helpful. Make a mistake on your order or want to change or add something when you get there? No problem. These guys and gals will accommodate you. They always have a great selection of flower, edibles and concentrates, as well as merchandise. I usually drop in once a month. NOTE: These guys are being safe, so everyone wears a mask, there are markers on the floor for customers to keep a safe distance. Security will scan you on the way in and check your purse, and i feel a lot safer walking back to my car when I leave, even tbough Captain Jack's is in a nice area of San Bernardino. As Ahnold would say: "I'll be back." :-D

I love the atmosphere and the staff the most. It’s a cool place to come and actually learn about what you’re smoking. They’re not just trying to sell they’re product, they actually want to have us leave satisfied and knowing more about cannabis. As well as what may work for each individual person.

Customer service was awesome, keep up the good work at the pick up desk! The girl at the front desk was not very welcoming , no thank you no welcome..

Place looks super cool inside but this is second time there and have bought 3 different strains for them to be all pretty bunk. Durban poison, whack. 9lb hammer, light buzz, was gone in 20 min like another reviewer had mentioned. Ak-47 weak buzz, lasted 15 min. I really, really wanted to like this place, but their stuff is a little overpriced for the results.
