Love coming to Captain Jack's for my weed, super easy online pickup service and everyone is always super sweet and helpful. Went there recently and was helped by the funniest and sweetest human, Yellow. They put a smile on my face and gave me an overall memorable and great experience there, love shopping here ☺️
They always have something I like in the price range I'm looking for. Today I was helped by Yellow, yes like the color, but she was super nice and went along with my weird sense of humor. Always a plus when they are relatable especially since there a a bunch of new faces that work there.
I love shopping at Captain Jack's. The selection is vast and being new to the scene, I tend to need a little guidance. Yellow was an awesome budtender, I like to stock up when I go flower shopping and always feel like I’m being rushed when I’m asked “is that it for you” or going to the register before finishing my selections. Yellow was more than happy to help, she went to lookup an item that was sadly out of stock, but recommended another good choice. Captain Jack’s is my Go-To spot.
I've been shopping almost exclusively at Captain Jack's since 2019. The atmosphere is amazing, the budtenders are knowledgeable and courteous, and they do have a wide selection of products. Sure, the flower can be quite pricey, but they have amazing products that are priced reasonably if you just know what you want.
It's odd seeing some of the reviews for Captain Jack's accusing them of being pretentious or a rip-off because that does not reflect my experience, my friends' experience, or even my family's experience. It's always been a positive experience every time I go there, which is 1-2 times a month. On top of all of that, Captain Jack's is unionized, which is all the more reason to keep supporting the workers there.
Captain Jack's will remain my #1 choice of dispensary for as long as their doors are open.
Came here on a Sunday don't normally do but today I did normally the security guards here are always cool but for some reason I felt that today security was being picky with whi he should wand at the door altho I got check with the wand the customer prior to me did not the guard let the older gentleman in no problem and stood in front of me not sure if I'm gonna continue coming here after that experience might just make the extra trip to high times in SB instead

I was completely disappointed that everything that I picked out online wasn’t in my order they said that they had things in stock that I placed an order for that they did not fill I had to wait longer at the counter for the girl to pick out several does different weeds that didn’t come up to my expectations I ordered a gram of weed and got a gram of rosin.
I always come here but my husband is the one that always walk in but I came for the first time today and I actually really enjoyed my visit. Everybody there is so nice and so professional. I love how the staff really makes you feel comfortable especially on my first day. It is so clean and nice. I love how the place is setup it looks so classy. I look forward into coming back. This is the only place into to and get my edibles.

I love that I can order online and they have 2 separate systems for walk ins or online orders. Even when there is a long line it move fast each bud tender takes their time with the customers and makes going there a very pleasant experience and the over all decor and atmosphere is awesome
