I got a free gift for being a first time customer yesterday and I am here to tell you even I was surprised at how potent it was. The staff is not just knowledgeable, they're patient, non judgemental, and care that you leave happy..oh and in all of my dispensary experiences I've never been told if any of my product isn't working I can bring it back within 2 weeks time, unheard of !!!
Online orders are taking longer than people who have not ordered at all. It is frustrating to have only one person behind the bar, there can be three people there at least to speed up the check out for those that have already ordered.

This was my 2nd visit and I am so glad that I was told about this dispensary. I am disabled and cannot stand for longer than 30 seconds or so and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. I will drive from Hemet to San B for the awesome meds they have.
I’ve been coming to Captain Jack’s for 2 years and I cannot stress the quality of the products they sell. I have tried edibles, cartridges, and flower! I have never been disappointed and know I can get the best bang for my buck! Amazing service with very knowledgeable bud tenders who can answer questions you may have.

I always place my order online and within 10 min I receive a text saying that my order is ready for p/u. For me the whole thing from start to finish takes about 30/45 min. That includes drive time to p/u. Very convenient and fast. You don't find that in many places anymore.
