I highly recommend Captain Jacks!! This is by far the best dispensary that I’ve ever been been to. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!
I always place my order online and within 10 min I receive a text saying that my order is ready for p/u. For me the whole thing from start to finish takes about 30/45 min. That includes drive time to p/u. Very convenient and fast. You don't find that in many places anymore.

Today sucked! Worked 14 hours drove an hour just to come to be turned away!! When I got out of the car it was 815 and I was told they're filled to capacity although they stay open till 9 PM! I come to this dispensary at least twice a week never thought in 1 million years that I will be turned away
As an anxious first time shopper, I really appreciated the warm, friendly staff. I received top notch 1:1 care with suggestions for how best to ease in to using cannabis products. The shop was clean, organized, and felt very professional. I feel like the staff genuinely cared that I have a good experience both in store and with my products once home. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I enjoy talking with all of yr staff they are so friendly and inviting all the way down to my man Apache ! He’s a great security asset I would never think of crossing him yet he is so friendly ! how did you find that guy ? and as you can tell by this rant your products are pretty damn Mucho Bueno ! Your store , your concept, and most of all your staff make it a cool place to get goodies, are we EVER going to be able to hang out in that spiffy lounge your teasing us with, who would’ve guessed that little shack in Upland next to the strip joint would become this and I thought that place was pretty cool . ANYWAY we’ll done ! 🕶
Nice place but their buds are expensive! $18 plus tax for one gram of their best... i wouldn't complain if it was good quality bud, but its not. It definitely isn't worth $20 a gram... i would even say $15 is pushing it. I would only suggest going there for other cannabis products because they have some new stuff there that i've only seen in LA.
