I was helped in the parking lot as a pull up customer. My order that I placed on line I had questions about. Thanks to the young lady that helped me or my order would of not been complete! This place rocks in customer service!

Everyone was super friendly, super helpful, and very efficient. Curb side service with three of us with online Leafly orders in the car! Terri was amazing and got us everything we needed! She went above and beyond for sure! I will certainly be back!

I was given attitude when coming to parking lot about procedure for pick up, stating that I didn’t need to call but just go into drive thru. This is in spite of online instructions saying to call... Also, one of my expensive cartridges was nonfunctional and I was told when calling later that I have to handle this now on my own with the company before possibly getting any credit or refund. That cart is the best I’ve found for my anxiety, it’s hard to find, and now I don’t have it and the money is gone. Very disappointed with the customer service responses today. I drive far to get this cart when I come so it was particularly upsetting
