I was given attitude when coming to parking lot about procedure for pick up, stating that I didn’t need to call but just go into drive thru. This is in spite of online instructions saying to call... Also, one of my expensive cartridges was nonfunctional and I was told when calling later that I have to handle this now on my own with the company before possibly getting any credit or refund. That cart is the best I’ve found for my anxiety, it’s hard to find, and now I don’t have it and the money is gone. Very disappointed with the customer service responses today. I drive far to get this cart when I come so it was particularly upsetting
The drive thru method is really doing this location a disservice, they should adapt how their White Marsh location did as its faster and less crowding to the parking lot.

The tenders are very knowledgeable. The new products advertised are on a first come basiss but they allow pre-orders after midnight before open hours.

The staff member was very friendly dealing with me and explaining the products available. She was a young female her name started with an A if I can remember and as a first time patient I dealt welcomed.
4 straight weeks of not having pre rolls on Thursday deals. Why haven’t the manager or owner offered a replacement or Compensation? Too many dispensaries around to continue to shop at this location. It’s bad business to continue to not offer something in its place
What I love about hfl baltimore is that the staff and so incredibly welcoming and friendly, yet still the most knowledgeable around. My go to now and forever!
This is my second review. My first review was based on the online shopping experience !! Which was easy and user friendly. Then I get to the dispensary and the staff was SUPER FRIENDLY and amazingly helpful ! Gave me great advice on a preroll and gave me some reading material !
