Place is terrible they cater more to garbage recreational than us loyal medical patients that have paid for their access to dispensaries. Never coming back

Placed an online order to save some time. When I was heading to the dispensary I received a message that they no longer do online orders over $40. No biggie since it’s Sunday so I waited in line. Finish my transaction and saw an advertisement on a tv in the sale area stating a free pre-roll with a $50+ purchase. Made a $70+ purchase and was told that I did not qualify and that it was changed to $100. Then why is it clearly advertised behind their head that I get a free pre roll at $50?

I was at the north phoenix location yesterday. based on advertised deal 30.00 for a half on copper state brand. ordered online confirmed sale. when I arrived I was told the order was canceled. when he rang me up it was 40.00. I questioned the bud tender and manager. she told me I was wrong, that the other location has the deal... not theirs and that there was nothing they could do to honor the ad sale price. needless to say I was not happy suggesting to update the leafly app to prevent other customers. I just checked again today, still advertised as 30.00 halves.i feel you need better customer service for issues not caused by the customers.

Just got a half ounce. Was told AFTER I made my purchase that I had a $20 credit. Definitely would’ve preferred to use that towards my initial purchase at the time. Why not bring that up PRIOR or right at the beginning that I have that? Thanx for the Meds Priscilla but you definitely dropped the ball on that.

I'm just beside myself. I have been trying to purchase lil g's since Monday Aug 28th HWC had a selection less desirable. I called both locations with the same result. I'm a medical marijuana patient. The gal I spoke with said to check back so every day I checked and on Friday September 1 finally choices and plenty in stock. So I made an online order. My order was around $260.00 When I arrived at the North location the doors were being repaired, the lobby was packed with costumers and a vendor with goods samples. I asked if I would receive a gift perhaps a free preroll or a pkg of lil g's as my birthday was on Aug 29th! Much to my dismay the bud tender said no you can't have anything as you passed the last day of the month. I can not believe how incredibly horrible that is. I spend a good amount of money in your store. I'm disabled and I live on a fixed income. You all couldn't do right by me for a birthday gift. Wow. I can't believe I was not treated better than that. Very disappointing Herbal Wellness Center. Shame on you 😡

HWC has been my go to for quality meds for over a year now. I used to always go to their West store which is about a half hour drive, on top of their wait times (which we ain't gonna talk about rn 😏) because their meds, deals and service are ALWAYS on point. Last week was my first visit to their gorgeous new North Valley location. Wait times are shorter which makes the longer drive worth it, but tbh I'd drive anywhere in the valley and wait in any line to see my new favorite bud tender, Ana Gonzales. She hooked me up big time for my first visit to this location and made me feel valued and important; not only as a patient but, more importantly, as a person! She's remarkably sweet and caring and makes me look forward to visiting HWC North every time. Thank you HWC and thank you very much Ana! 😁

Gave me bogus line about 1st time patient can't order online. Have done this on more than one occasion at other dispensary around the valley. We're in the middle of a pandemic and they expect people to come in and spend unnecessary time in their store front when this could have been a very quick in and out transaction. I'll give my business to another.

The fluctuation in price points make it nearly impossible to rely on for affordable cannabis. Nor do the daily deals create any sort of discount worth having.

I LOVE this location. Always got the🔥 They are much more professional than other location. & nothing but good vibes from staff👏👏 I think i pass more than 10 dispensaries just to get to this one💯

Love True OG and wish they would have more availability on that product . Never been in store only delivery experiences but they had the most amazing respectful young man wish I recalled his name but I promise if you meeet him you’ll know he was peaceful and patient and kind very young and just seems like he has great people skills I recommend this place and that dude whoever he may be everyone

Literally just left this place. I got a half OZ GDP, ended up getting serpentine OG. Brought it back to exchange it, I receive GDP DRIED OUT COMPLETELY! Not only does the actual Manager get the bud for me, but tells me once I bring it back in there’s nothing he can. He can’t accept the bud, I tell him you can keep this DRIED OUT BUD & the $$ b/c clearly you obviously think I’m a goofy. You purposely grabbed DRIED OUT BUD & didn’t think I’d check it. You a clown you’re staff are clowns & the fact you the nerve to tell me since I am leaving it there, there is you can do it w/ it. Throw it away b/c clearly you finesse people & picked the wrong one do that w/. Literally just came from health for life & they stuff for was trash & HWC is implementing the same desires. AGAIN KEEP THAT $$ & KEEP FINESSE PEOPLE W/ DRIED OUT BUD. I'm a med patient and came in looking for a potent hybrid flower. I asked the DA what he recommends as I was unfamiliar with the brands and some of the strains available. He straight up told me he doesn't like any of their strains and to try this Shango Chem Fusion saying its a "heavy hitter" and proceeded to tell me the industry is a just a cash grab now and no one cares about quality.. There's truth to that.. but what a shitty experience as a patient to hear only negative comments and not once asking what I need or prefer. Dude had 0 skills as a DA and didn't introduce himself so don't know his name.. but this is who you have representing your company? With all the Rec patients, you don't know how to provide good service to Med patients anymore?? Anyway the Shango flower was straight GARBAGE! Worthy of flushing in the toilet. NO smell, NO taste and NO EFFECT for $60. How can this even be sold as a medical product?? Pathetic

Horrible how the hell you texting out specials then to drive all the way out here and your systems are down🤬Then the guy had the nerves to send me to another dispensary. Some of us need this for our medical conditions. Y’all don’t give a damn about that tho. It’s all about recreational fuck us. The security guard could have said something it it took a patient to come catch me and let me know then they know the systems are up then they were out of what I came for. Bought a "Giggle stick" here. The preroll was rolled like a toddler rolled it and it was not a gram like they sold it for when I got home and weighed I'd. Would not recommend and preroll at this place

Wont honor bogo daily deal when they mess up on their part

Today was my birthday and I wanted to treat myself. I stopped in for my first visit and got some cartridges and everything was great until I paid. My total came to xx.09 and instead of doing the right thing my budtender had me break another 20 dollar bill for .09 cents!! I realize that you shouldn't expect charity and that if you did that for everyone it would add up...but COME ON! Do the right thing! Because of that I didn't tip and I ALWAYS TIP.. probably wont return either. thanks for making my bday memorable

There are two Herbal Wellness location and honestly the north location is no close to me at all but I will go to this location every time because the customer service you receive before you get back to the floor or even once you are back there is always great. I can not say that I have the same experiences when I am at the West location. Guess it too they the second time to get it right.

Jamie was a great budtender.. she was knowledgable and kind. I would totally recommend hwc to my friends..

Always fast, friendly and a pleasant visit. Best indicas in town.
