I used medical delivery today and have to say i was very impressed. I received regu lar updates to let me know when they would arrive. The folks that came out to deliver were super friendly and helpful and the product is always good quality. Thanks for making my day easier delivery folks!

Great place,the people are well informed and well stocked. One day the lines will be shorter, Hopefully the prices will come down 10-20%.

Love this place.. I drove about an hour and it was an easy ride up. Parking right at the building. I guess I was luck about 5 people in front of me . The selection was excellent. People very informative and friendly. Love love the smell when you walk thur the door. YUMMY!!!! I wish there was gummy edibles none available unless you have a medical marijuana card. I don’t understand that part? I live near cultivate horrible place... Next time I go I’ll try the oils... and spend some time in town. Worth the travel..

After going there a few times the novelty is wearing off. If you like to make your own canna oil you will go broke getting your herb from this place. They say they limit "adult buys" to an 1/8th ounce to make sure there is enough for everyone, but when you leave, you can go right back inside to get more. The reality of it is that they make a fortune that way. Their price for an 1/8th is $50.00, their price for an ounce is $300.00 which on face value are the going rates for the area but when they limit adult buys to an 1/8th, the price of an ounce becomes $400.00. Now tack on 20% tax, and it's almost $500.00 an ounce and you get pneumonia standing on that line 8 times in a row. Their answer is to become a patient but I am not one for leaving paperwork trails. You are much better off getting a good supplier elsewhere.

This place is usually busy so I try to go at night or when the weather is bad. The inside layout is nice. Line for online orders and a line for regular customers (Recreational). Menu is displayed on tvs and they also give you a menu while in line (inside). The flower is decent. Dry like others have stated. No display of the flower which sucks. Customer service is decent. The prices are high which is expected. The taxes are even more ridiculous. Your $50 8th is really $60. I think they should go ahead and display the prices with taxes. They flower choices are limited and the THC percentage is a bit low for me personally. Overall I think it's nice to finally have recreational marijuana legal but they are definitely over charging customers. Hopefully by the summer the prices have dropped and more businesses will open up for recreational use.

Poor quality, poor service, always lines.

A less personal experience than I’ve had at other local Mass. dispensaries. At times all concentrates on menu are for medical users only which is no help to recreational.

They cannot wear your product and it is always under weight 3.5 grams always getting 3 or 3.1

Nothing good here. I don’t know if my order processed. Called 20 times. Multiple locations. Emailed. Nothing. No customer service. Complete failure.

False advertising. They charged full price for chocolate bars that are supposed to be 100mg cbd but only tested at 74 mg. Buying 3 was pretty much buying two at the mg you are supposed to receive.

I have been waiting for this for a really long time and once I got inside I was digging the interior. Once I got up to the budtender he was really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I got Moonshine Haze flower and it’s amazing! I also got Bruce Banner shatter and it’s awesome!

I always love coming here! For anybody to complain, about the bud size or seeds, doesn't know shit. I agree the need to add shatter/hash/edibles/organics (soil grown) ect, but i have faith they'll get there. Regardless of that, they have a great staff, knowledgeable and patient.

I was impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The day I went was a perfect storm of situations that created a full dispensary with log waits. But all of this was immediately explained to me upon entering, and as a first time visitor, I got a friendly, knowledgeable consult in less than 1 minute. The place is clean, tastefully designed with wood furnishings and warm lighting. I feel like if during a migraine I would love to go there just to curl up in a corner! Product was nicely packaged in scent proof and safety containers. All around great experience~ despite the wait in line!

Been twice and not a big fan of the edibles, way too mellow and takes half a bottle to get any effect. Looking for reviews of anyone who has tried the distillate.

Hands down the most wonderful in customer service. Some times availability is an issue but I have been coming for years. Kind and knowledgeable staff that make each visit delightful.

I wish they would stop changing the recreational amount you can purchase. An 1/8 of flower is too low and one day you can buy a 5 pack of prerolls and the next only 1. Good shop overall.

All products sold at this dispensary are of average quality. Flower is always small buds (baby buds)Pretty strange, not what you would expect from a premium quality dispensary. I was told that they do that on purpose to spare customers stem, these aren't peeled colas but just small buds from weak grows. Flower is also pretty chemey. Although well flushed it seems like nothing special 3 part G.H.most likely. Definitely NOT ORGANIC (organic pesticides don't count) and it definitely shows. Most varieties grown are Rare Darkness seeds, don't get me wrong a great seed co. But there are many other banks that could be used to mix things up. Flowers are very plan Jane in taste, smell, texture aroma and after smell. Staff is friendly but not very knowledgeable about anything other than the price. They try to fake it but after about 5 min. Its pretty obvious they have no idea what there talking about. This dispensary although new is about 10 years behind most dispensaries in Eugene Oregon or anywhere else on the west coast. Junior Varsity for sure.

Could definitely be better. Feels like going to a recreational store before its allowed. Not the best atmosphere for some patients.

My first experience was really good. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable (not to mention cute), and the stock was well managed. A very positive experience ~🗝

I went to my first dispensary ever two weeks ago. I chose NeTA because of the reviews and it was the closest location. I was nervous the entire hour drive down there and upon arrival this feeling increased, partially because of all the cars in the parking lot and the half dozen people standing out front of the building. It was a little intimidating. One person is admitted through the door at a time which probably adds to the "crowd" outside and I felt a bit better about that once I saw the sign. I had no clue about the security measures to get inside but once I was "in" the staff were beyond helpful,knowledgeable, and kind. It made me feel confident in my initial purchase and eased my anxiety about "not being the type" who would get marijuana. I smoked in college but never really liked it (always got too anxious/paranoid) and was steered towards products that wouldn't promote anxiety. My general anxiety that manifests into anger has been better since and I've slept the best I have in years! I'd have given 5 stars if the initial arrival wasn't so intimidating (knowledge about the security checks on the website woulda been nice to add ) and the flowers I got were drier than I had expected. I don't know if that is strain specific or not but I'm "used to" seeing or having had sticky flowers in the past. The effects of the strains I got ( AC/DC, grape stomper, master just and some 2mg gems) have been fantastic.

First time going there the other day and they were very helpful and nice! Made everything easy and very comfortable, look forward to going back😊 great product too ;)
